Rooms are spacious and clean. I feel the bed softer maybe I slept at hard bed more frequent and didn't used to it but overall is comfortable and clean. Washroom was spacious too for a nice bath after long day. Just some suggestions to have more hanging accessories. Room is quiet too. Just when I request to change the slipper. The hotel staff who sent to my room did not provide a good service with showing a tiring face to us. Not much disturbance from outside. Location wise perfect to anywhere. Right Infront there is 7eleven. U can get everything from there. Super convenient. Walking distance to massage spot, various of restaurant and Pratunam morning and night street. Order Grab or Bolt, there is a waiting area infront. So don't worry on the small street inside Pratunam that hard to drop off. It is quite fast to get out from the jam inside Pratunam street too. Overall me and my family love this hotel. Lobby also large and convenient. We get a good rest during trip to Bangkok. Will definitely come back again 😉 I did not manage to take photo but taking video but Google did not allow me to upload video 😢 can refer others photo. More or less the same 😊

Location is quite good as there is a 7-eleven just opposite, but the room was dirty with some black stuff growing on the walls of the bathroom, breakfast buffet was so bad because it wasn’t fresh ,had flys, very less options to choose from.You have to ask to receive the WiFi password paper which was really inconvenient because if you didn’t ask they would not give you.why can’t you guys just set a WiFi password?

The rooms were comfortable. The space was spacious and the rooms were connected so me and my friends could communicate without any problems. There is also a seven eleven shop in front of it. The staff was nice to children. It is kid friendly and I would recommend you to be there when you go to Bangkok. It is near many malls like siam paragon and icon siam.

Location was really awesome all the places are walking distance and opposite to the hotel 7-Eleven available & it's very convenient. Rooms has to be improve more. No spoons,glasses & plates not available if we request after 9PM the had said restaurant is closed an they can't provide. especially we have to request kettles from front desk and also iron not available. Overall they have to improve there service a lot. Value for money only for the location.

This room is really not good, it actually has 4 stars. The guests are really Buddhist-minded. There is no bath towel when they check in. There is only one roll of toilet paper in the toilet, maybe not even one roll. It needs to be used very sparingly. There is no hot water bottle. It is very minimalist style. , the umbrella number on the hanger when we checked in was also different from the room number. After the housekeeping arranged it, they said that there was a missing umbrella in the three rooms of ours and insisted on deducting money. This matter delayed our trip for an hour. After the incident was clarified There is no apology or compensation at the counter. Remember to record your stay here and remember to take a photo of your umbrella number first. If you are ignored, you will only be reduced. If you have a better budget, I recommend staying in another room🤣

The housekeeper put 607's umbrella in our room. When we checked out, he said that our umbrella was missing and asked us to pay 250 baht. We told the counter staff many times, but the counter and cashier said that it was impossible for housekeeping to do this and insisted on deducting 250 baht. The payment was 250 baht. After we asked several times, the receptionist went upstairs to confront the housekeeper. After the housekeeping explained, they believed that we had indeed put an umbrella in our room that did not belong to our room number. There were two female service staff at the counter that day. , poor attitude, squinting, raising chin, making me angrier than ever 👎, very uncomfortable, I don’t even want to give it a star, the counter staff never said a word of apology from beginning to end, there are more accommodations here can chooseThe room here had a peculiar smell. I stayed for two nights in a row. When I returned to the room at 9:30 the next night, there were puddles of water everywhere, especially in the corners. The quilt also felt cold and wet.

🔥disappointed！！The environment is very good and the location is very good, but the hotel staff in the morning shift handled things very poorly! When we checked out in the morning, he refused to check us out because of some reasons with our names! Delay our flight time! We paid for the hotel room before we checked in! But the morning shift receptionist wouldn’t let us leave! The agoda customer service staff also told him the whole story but he still insisted on not letting us check out! Do you need to be held responsible for the time we missed our flight and the money we wasted? We are really disappointed! The cleaning staff are not good either! When she saw me sitting on the sofa, he swept the trash and the broom at my feet! He didn't avoid me just because I was sitting there! What a dirty thing this is! Is this how you train your employees? but! The service of the hotel staff on the night shift is super good. Because of the name, he helped us call and communicate with agoda customer service staff and then let us check in👍🏻I really appreciate the night shift hotel staff.

Staying for three with my wife and 9 year old child, you have to pay an extra charge of 500 bath/night, even if you don't use an extra bed. Not as flexible as the hotel I stayed at previously in Bangkok too. For those who bring children to stay, you have to take into account the extra charge at this hotel.

Remember, if you're looking for a room at the hotel, avoid the corner rooms with numbers ending in 14 or 17 (e.g., 514, 517, 614, 617). These are thermal rooms that get direct sunlight from the East in the morning and from the West in the afternoon. These rooms can get very hot until around 6 pm, and the provided curtains are not effective in blocking out the sunlight. The bed in these rooms directly faces the windows, allowing sunlight to enter.Apart from this, there are many massage parlors along the alley and an open-air restaurant within walking distance. Also, there is a 24-hour convenience store (7/11) nearby.While the rooms are not very clean and the overall environment is cozy, the heat inside the thermal rooms can be quite uncomfortable.

Decent hotel at decent location. Located along edible street of massage parlour. However the traffic is very bad due the roads are very narrow. Rooms are consider big with extra spaces to keep your belonging. There is a small couch for you to relax. Small dressing table as well. They have a lot of cable TV channel for entertainment with free wifi provided by the hotel. The are connecting rooms available upon special request. The bed comfort however not so good as it bounce when your partner moves around. Sound proof not so good as u can hear outside vehicle sound especially when Tuk Tuk passed by. Other than that everything is good.
