Dirty dirty dirty. Roaches and ants are everywhere in this hotel. Towels were dirty. I literally used a whole can of bug spray because everytime I came back in tho the room there was roaches and ants crawling everywhere. The hotel is literally in an alley. The service was good they cleaned my room everyday and restocked towels and water but it was just dirty. When it was raining and I had to go somewhere the guy at the front desk let me hold an umbrella the whole night. They were very kind. Hallways are cluttered with luggage and boxes. The hotel is in a good area and there is lots to do but that’s about the only positive. You’ll never go hungry because of all the food right out side the door and there are a lot of markets for clothes and other items. Platinum Mall is right across the street. Stay at your own risk. Only reason why I didn’t relocate (trust me I tried) is because i couldn’t afford to blow my budget for 5 days at another hotel.

The hotel looks pleasing in the pictures, but it is actually really terrible in the insides. This is my honest review, when i stepped in the room it has this musky smell. There are also roaches in the room and toilet as well. The roaches are not active if you on the lights, but when you switch it off, it will come crawling out from the dark. I cannot put myself sleeping with all the roaches in a room. The decor and furniture are also rather old. Toilet has poor van dilation and it smells bad as well. Overall very bad place to live or spend a night. Thumbs down

The service to guests is very friendly and really the best, recommendations for culinary lovers are suitable for taking a break/rest at this hotel because it is very helpful. Next Time come back here again

In my opinion, this is a good hotel, the staff are friendly and polite, it's just a shame that every hotel room lobby is filled with suitcases... I don't know if it's the suitcases of visitors or the staff who work there... But it's still safe to visit or stay here.The rooms are clean, neat, fragrant, spacious, the bathroom is also clean, the toilet is also clean, there is a hairdryer, safe, refrigerator, water kettle, water heater available too. They also provide scales if you are carrying a lot of shopping, you don't need to be confused about weighing your luggage, but unfortunately if you want to go to the airport or carry a lot of things, cars or taxis can't enter the front of the hotel lobby, because the road access is quite narrow...If I go to Pratunam again I will definitely stay here again.Hopefully the quality of service and cleanliness will be maintained, always successful🥰

Although this place is located in the heart of Pratunam, but it was kind of disappointing when I checked in.|The tv was not working and the reply from the technical support was it has always been in that condition.|Moreover, there is only one lift to service the whole building.|I will give it a miss the next time I come to Bangkok.

Unclean room when going to bed on the first day, dirty room, air conditioner, hear the smell of dirt coming from the air conditioner, bathroom, old appliances, shower head is rusty, when entering the second day, the air conditioner still smells like soil. That does not clean at all, stick the tape against the wood
