The place is considered nice. It is approximately 7 minutes away from MBK Mall by car. The hotel is luxurious and clean. Its prices are considered good. It is quiet for families and young people. I recommend it. They are nice and have a buffet. The isolation is considered nice 👍🏻

I booked 1 night stay and the staff gave me room at 2nd floor, close to the lift. I didn't have any problem with that until I enter the room, the room has a very strong smell and very smelly.. And then I called the staff to change my room to another room that's available.The staff asked the housekeeping to come and give me the air refreshner spray, that's just for temporarily, it won't get rid of the smell in that room.So I requested to just change the room. And the receptionist staff said "you won't be staying in the room the whole day, right?"Maybe because they expect tourist will be outside most of the time. I mean what kind of attitude is that?The room in the hotel has smell, whether I spend the day outside most of the time, I will still be coming back and sleep here.Do you want me to endure the smell and just sleep? Can you do that if you're me? I paid for the decent room, not begging for stay here. I should get what I paid for.You should train your receptionist staff better.

The sound proofing is reallllllly badddddd!Cleaners talks really loudly in the morning and the sound of Tuktuk outside your window is super loud!Some receptionist are nice, some are alittle annoyed.The room cleaning service is not really good as sometimes they forget to refill the toiletries

The only negative point about this hotel was there wasn't any wardrobe to place your belongings and not enough hangers to hang your clothes. ( only because I like to organise my wardrobe )The plus point - the hotel provides a buggy to the shopping attractions and the hotel staff is very helpful and accommodating

1. As soon as I checked into the bathroom sink, several ants crawled on the items and body.2. The room smells damp and stuffy. When you open the door, the stuffy smell will hit your nose.3. The soundproofing is really bad. We have stayed in many Thai hotels in the past and it is true that the soundproofing was not very good, but this one really scared me. The tuk-tuks outside were the noisiest around 10:00. Roadside rooms will simply have bipolar disorder. In addition, the staff who clean the room in the morning have walkie-talkies, which are as noisy as if they are in your ears. It is no exaggeration, the sound insulation is really poor to the point of collapse.4. You still need to make a reservation for the shuttle bus. Other hotels can take you out as long as you need it, but they have a fixed time, and if no one has booked it, it will not leave. After the time has passed, it will say that you have not made a reservation, please wait for half a minute. Next one in hours.5. In addition to having few choices for breakfast, the stalls will be closed at seven or eight in the morning. Breakfast is until 10:00, but at 9:30 there is almost nothing to eat. At 9:40, the tableware and meals will be collected, and at 9:50 they will ask you to return it. Any need?It feels very uncomfortable. If you are going to charge at 9:30, you can tell the guests that breakfast is only served until 9:30.6. One time I wanted to go back to the hotel restaurant for dinner. I saw that the business hours started at 6:30. We stood there waiting at 6:28. When 6:30 arrived, no one came out. We kept looking inside and found the employees. They were chatting and laughing inside, even making eye contact with me but still not coming out? I waited until the "boy on the shuttle bus" came to our restaurant to inquire, helped us take our seats, and went in to talk to the staff inside before anyone came out. Anyway, I really felt that the experience was very poor and unorganized!We regularly come to Thailand twice a year for work. We thought the hotel would be good as it will be built new in 2023. We directly made a reservation for 9 days and 8 nights. This time is really my worst memory. I advise everyone not to try it easily.

Not recommended for Indians, rude staff, little far from the market area, Rooms are small and very noisy at nite as tuk tuk noise is very loud, limited breakfast options..

Service not good , we had check in early and inform receptionist to inform us when the room is ready. We just sit in wailing area in front of the counter ( almost 1and the half hour).The receptionist didnt inform us and until we saw there is 2 group of people walk in which had get their room key .When we reach out to receptionist they only respond to us and seem like we r just sit down there for no reason .Location is not convenience for people look for pratunam market and the service of buggy is off during 12 :00 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 18:00The room is clean

Room quite clean and brightLocation very good , near Bts station praya Thai , easy to take from airport railway station near pratunam market by walking distance 5-7mins , alots of alley you can linked to pratunam night market / massage street / morning market / praya Thai station or Ratchathewi station .Services : counter services some staff they can’t ready understand English ,simple English is fine.Food : breakfast in hotel not so fantastic, taste just soso , everyday almost the same dishes , just changed to different noodles style , different of vegetables, is too simple not much variety , I’m more prefer go out for my local breakfast will be better instead to paid for the breakfast in hotel .I’m still recommend to this hotel , but breakfast NO

Your Staff i don't know who is name.. reject me going to pratunam with shuttle car.. im going with my kids... he said to her friend "No" because my room already Checkout on this day and checkin again... and im waiting my new room... VERY BAD SERVICE FOR THIS HOTEL His STAFF NOT FRIENDLY...
