Strategic hotel near pratunam market for shopping. The room itself is quite dirty since there is a small cockroach in the hotel room. My room place is room 300- in the corner. For the rumors, yeah I got that experience too. So, just sleep before 12 am.Sorry, no photo for this hotel. But overall, the price is really... affordable...Strategic hotel for traveling and shopping. The room was a bit dirty because there were lots of small cockroaches in the room I stayed in (room 300 at the very end)As for rumors, yes, I also get it (not really like other people's experiences) but the best advice is to sleep before 12 at night. The price is clearly appropriate. It's not expensive either because it's close to Pratunam.

The location of this property is quite convenient, being situated right next to Indra Square. However, the positive aspects of the property end there. The rooms are in dire need of renovation and upkeep, as they appear to be in a state of disrepair that suggests decades of neglect. The overall experience of staying in these rooms is, unfortunately, quite unpleasant. The suite I was provided had a bathroom that was in a particularly poor condition, to the extent that it felt unhygienic to use. The wallpaper in the room was torn in several places, adding to the overall sense of disrepair. It is also worth noting that the property charges extra for the use of their cutlery, which I found to be rather inconvenient and somewhat unreasonable. Additionally, they require a security deposit of 2,000 baht for the room and an additional 500 baht for the use of their safety locker, which is an antiquated piece of equipment.

Last week, my husband, daughter, and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. On the first night, the room’s air conditioning wasn’t working, so we had to sleep in the living room. My husband and I both saw shadowy figures. By the third night, my daughter saw a female ghost putting on makeup in the room. It scared me to death!!!!!! This was truly a terrible experience.

The Hotel is good and location, services are good. But in room there are only 2 bulbs, therefore room looks very dark and bit scary. Especially the room no. 297 which was in the Corner of the hotel. The break fast fixed supplement is good and the service was also good.

What used to be a very nice, pleasant hotel in which you could feel comfortable is now unclean and unappealing: |in a word, “run down” and hardly recommendable anymore|never again! …

"Terrible experience. The room was old, and the noise from the AC made it impossible to sleep. Definitely not worth the price.

First i would like to say that I am the frequent guest of this hotel with my friends and family but this time it was a really very bad experience because I booked a one room through the online platform Agoda, but by mistake Instead of selecting 2 adults I selected one room and by default 1 adult selected in the name of Md Jawed Hussain Yahiya from 20/08/2024-22/08/2024, while check in at the counter we came to know about this matter and for this the receptionist ask me to pay 500 baht for extra bed each night, or to cancel the booking but unfortunately it was prepaid and Agoda is also not responding at that moment of time, we tried our level best to convince them that my mistake it happen at the counter but they all very rude, and at last we paid extra.

It's a service that doesn't disappoint, but only the aunts who work want it.There is a leader who trains the older people. Why do they use the older generation? Hormone fluctuations come to customer service. Before we went to use the service, we drove first because we were passing through that area, so we stopped in and asked my niece. She said it was cheaper to reserve through the app, so we asked if we could make a reservation through the app. Anyway, because I've been in America for over 30 years, I'm not good at Thai. Plus, can you help me? It's like no one is paying attention to us. They told me to put in my credit card and it would bounce back to the hotel, so I did. I went to see a friend because I remembered that my friend had made reservations many times and had never made a mistake. When he made the reservation, we also agreed. He asked us if it was 1 room, 2 beds, right? We said yes, and we had checked everything in detail. Even though I sent the credit card to a friend to reserve in advance and then we continued on our trip to Laos, Luang Prabang, the service was very good. I was impressed with their customer service, they are truly gods. We had the same friend book in Laos and Vientiane for nothing. What's the problem?Reserved like Baiyok everything But when we returned to Thailand, we were happy because my dream was to take my husband and child to stay at Baiyoke, take the child to go swimming upstairs, and then take my husband and child for a walk.Baiyoke Sky sits and eats the breeze in that area and will tell the child that his mother has been from this area since childhood and then got married and went to America for more than 30 years. His dreams were shattered and he met the aunts who had terrible service and said that we only reserved a room. One and only one person stood and argued for a long time and then took a receipt from the app and sent it to us to look at. It had a mark on it and then erased it with a pen. If you are insolent in deleting something, you have to erase it in front of the customer. They told us to ask for the money back. We are going to rent a new place because our child is sick and hungry. We and the relatives who went to pick him up were stuck there for 3-4 hours. The cruel and callous aunts and no one came to ask. Walked in and asked how the customers were doing. When we askedI told them to contact the app themselves. The friend who made the reservation for me was still not in Laos. He proceeded to discuss the matter through the app and asked them to throw it together. But the fault does not lie with the fake app because his friend also uses this app. It's been a long time and I've booked many times and have also reserved Luang Prabang and Vientiane so I didn't have any problems. I was very angry. My husband was very angry at wasting 4 hours staying there and decided to find a new place to stay because the child was very sick from the rain. I'm afraid of traffic jams. Until walking back, no one paid attention and asked us anything, so we paid a free booking fee for 4 nights, about 6000 thousand or more. The hotel probably still doesn't know because it's not the fault of the hotel and the app, but they would like to have a manager, an auntie. Training and admonishing customer service to be better than this. I've been traveling a lot and there are many hotels that provide good service and care for customers. I want the hotel to train more employees, otherwise you will lose customers. If they encounter something like this, they don't want to return. Come stay again.
