Very bad management, booked 1 month in advance, there are many things that need to be repaired. From the bedroom to the bathroom, almost half the room was damaged. Then I thought that I would arrange the repairs so that they were ready to move in, but I haven't done anything except casually cleaning the place. Bird droppings and bird nests are all over the balcony. Behind the broken washing machine were used baby stamps. When I made an appointment to repair it, no one came and I couldn't contact anyone. Security is poor, there is no checking of people entering and exiting as seen. Even the security door has been here for a week and still hasn't been repaired. I made a contract to pay the rent in full, but why did I get a room like this? It should be greatly improved. Niti has not moved to another branch. The service is really bad. I stay here since I attend Assumption University. I made a contract for a year. The office didn't give me any electric bill. When I ask them, they said the owner of the room is responsible and he is working on it. I have been waiting and it's been 5 months that still no information about it. I suggest you to not stay here as a student! This is a BIG MISTAKE.
