Great address for a stay in Bangkok. The location is super central, rooms very clean, water pressure 1a (even with long hair).The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Everything is within walking distance, the bus is just a few minutes walk away.

Everything is amazing! The people are lovely, near everything! Couldn’t have a better stay in Bangkok. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. Would definitely book again. Safe neighborhood and the room is very clean, they even cleaned it again during our 3 days stay free of charge and changed towels. They also offer free coffee from 6am to 4pm.

The room was very clean and has what you need (a fridge and air conditioning). The bathroom was also very clean compared to other budget accommodations. The staff is present all the time at the reception.In the evening you can go to the night market a few minutes walk away.For quality, price and location I highly recommend it.

Good value for money.
We stayed 3 nights, but changed the bedroom after the first one because our AC wasn't working well. The rooms were clean and big enough for us two. The location is good too. A fan in the bathroom would have been great to dry the area faster.

Would definitely recommend! Great location and amazing stuff! The check out was around 11 and we had our bus to Chiang Mai on the late evening so they let us leave our backpacks so we could explore the city till the last moment and then offered to take a shower in their bathroom by the reception!! Our stay was great, room was really clean and there was huge bed, super comfortable. Only the walls are too thin so you can hear other guests sometimes, but it was not really problematic. Loved my stay!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They took care of my bag while waiting for my room to be ready, and security is provided by surveillance cameras. My wifi and leaking faucet problems were resolved efficiently.The bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning works well. The location is convenient for walking to Khao San Road.However, the hotel is located near an area where there are sewers, which causes an unpleasant smell outside. Fortunately, this smell did not spread to the room. The room itself is simple, but I would have appreciated a small light near the bed and sockets to plug in the telephone nearby, which unfortunately were not the case.The rooms are not very well soundproofed. I was woken up several times by noises in the corridor and I could hear everything that was happening in the next room.Nevertheless good value for money

This place is EXACTLY what you’re looking for!Admittedly, despite some time in the military and having done some camping trips, I had never backpacked.My partner and I arrived in Bangkok, and this was the first stop for us.The staff member was incredibly friendly, and was even flexible with our check in time despite being fully booked (Chinese New Year).He even stored our bags while we explored prior to checking in.The hostel is essentially a hotel, and is SPOTLESS.The private rooms are all you need if you’re here to adventure. Again, spotless sheets, floors, and bathroom. Getting used to the bathroom setups in Thailand take sometime, but again, as a first timer and admittedly a bit of a “city boy” this was awesome.Again? Not luxury, but exactly ‘what you need’

The rooms are smaller (compact) in reality, but they're cozy and perfect for the price. We were happy with our stay. The reception was open 24/7, allowing us to do a late check-in. Our only issue was that our room was on the 4th floor, and there were no lift facilities available. Every time after roaming around, we had to climb up which was a bit tiring.

The guesthouse is perfectly located for exploring Bangkok, near Khaosan Road and Close to several Bus Stations. the staff was super friendly and helpful. the rooms have everything you need. After our First stay there we even came back for one night. We would definitely recommend this guesthouse! :)
