I had a frustrating experience at The Scene Hotel Bangkok Noi. Upon arriving in Bangkok early morning, I called the hotel to ask about an early check-in. They assured me I could check in within 1-2 hours and suggested I wait by the pool. After traveling 15 km by motorbike to the hotel, I gave my details and waited. Nearly 4 hours later, a staff member asked if I wanted to check in, which I confirmed, explaining I needed to shower and change for a friend’s birthday. Only then was I informed that I would be charged per hour for an early check-in — something they failed to mention on the phone.I’ve stayed in many hotels and always ask about early check-in policies beforehand. The staff laughed off my concerns, citing "hotel policy," but I was frustrated they hadn’t mentioned this when I called. Their dismissive attitude upset me, and they refused to let me speak to a manager. I ended up waiting two more hours before finally checking in a total of 6 hours. I would have called other hotels if I had this information previously.Overall, this experience was disappointing, and the lack of clear communication and poor customer service left a bad impression. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Hotel next to the main road There is parking but not much. The inside of the hotel is beautiful, looks good, and is clean.-The room is not too small to be uncomfortable, beautifully decorated, clean, looks comfortable, soft bed, cool air conditioner, beautiful bathroom, very strong water, we slept well. The only disadvantage is the sound of cars running all night. Located near Siriraj Hospital, I could hear the sound of emergency vehicles running all night. But the comfort of the room, bed, pillows, I slept well.-The staff are lovely, the service is very good, from the staff picking up the car, the front staff, the housekeeper who brought the extra bed, very cute. Very good service-At the hotel there is a beautiful, comfortable restaurant. The chef makes food that looks delicious. The pizza is very delicious, the ingredients, the food taste, it's worth the price.-We forgot the mobile fan. The hotel called to inform. We had to come back to get the car at the school so we got it back. thank you very much

It's a lovely place to stay. Just on the other side of the river but you can get a taxi to Siam within half an hour for around 200bht. Amazing staff and wonderful breakfast in the Italian restaurant situated within the grounds. Nice pool, which is well maintained. Room service is excellent.

The room is clean and beautiful.There was a request for an extra bed. Expect to get a mattress The truth is that you get 2 blankets, 1 pillow + towel accessories. And the employee was not informed. What kind is it? Bring a blanket to sleep on. What kind of extra bed is this?In the breakfast room After getting an extra bed I understand that I actually can't get breakfast. If the front office offered a price that included breakfast for customers to consider, it would be OK. This isn't recommended at all. Then said that if you add more, think of 350 baht. Looking at the food, it doesn't seem very appropriate.with boiled rice that is not hot Omelet without any equipment The employee who took the order was wrong. There were only 2 dishes that had to be memorized and they were all mixed up + they couldn't use the pressing system easily. (We have to help because our shop uses them)Let's just say that the decoration is beautiful and clean. If the breakfast is improved to a buffet style, it will be very ok + equipment to facilitate sleeping. Please consider it. Thank you.

The worst hotel I have ever experienced in my life. You are negotiated to enter the hotel until you pay an additional amount if you arrive before 2 pm. The worst experience that happened to me.Empty rooms and you will be refused entry under the pretext that the entry time is 2 pmInternational and luxury 4-star and 5-star hotels. If you arrive early and rooms are available immediately, you will be checked in and welcomed in Thailand and all over the world.Unfortunately, a bad experience and worse treatment. Stay here often Stayed since the early 1000s per night. Good room, comfortable, not expensive, even though the parking lot is a little small. The restaurant is still not very good. Some days breakfast is very late. which didn't have many guests But breakfast takes hours to make. Too long for American breakfast This restaurant should be improved.
