When I arrived, I asked about room availability, the receptionist was not very friendly. But when you have booked and paid, the receptionist is very friendly. Hotel with a very beautiful view of Rinjani. Quiet and comfortable. The hotel is clean. The hot water and water closet were jammed but the hotel responded quickly. Buffet breakfast because the hotel was busy. If it's not busy, breakfast is made to order.

I'm a regular every time I go to Sembalun, I always stay here because it's comfortable, the price is right, the service is friendly, the rooms are clean, and there's a direct view of Mount Rinjani. Cool, really recommended πππ.

It's not on any hotel search platform, guys. Yesterday it came straight away and it fit perfectly. Good service, okay rooms, 500 thousand on weekdays, wooden type for 2 people. There is a fan but it doesn't work and it's cold at night and when I check out at 10 am it's not really hot either.The a la carte breakfast is not bad. The only thing lacking is the hot water, sometimes it's hot, if it's been cold for a long time, then it's hot again. Yesterday there was something left in the room and immediately called. Thank You
