The public areas of the hotel are quite nice but the rooms are very old. The bathrooms/wc on the ground floor have an opening which overlooks the swimming pool (without windows) thanks for the noise and privacy…NO BREAKFAST, NO RESTAURANTWe have to rent bikes and see if restaurants are willing to welcome us…We had stained sheets...It would deserve 4* if the nights were 45 euros but at >100 euros it's 1 star

Hotel with a good concept but severely lacking in maintenance. Very poor value for money.Numerous defects:- The rooms are very small, there is no possibility of opening suitcases around.- In the bed there was no flat sheet but only a synthetic bedspread.- Very small bathroom also with hot water only for the first five minutes.- The taps are very damaged and rusty.- The water in the pool was cloudy and slightly green.- The shower is made of wooden pallets in the bathroom, so it's really not hygienic.⚠️🚨The hotel does not offer breakfast ‼️There is no restaurant. To eat you have to find a restaurant on the island.⚠️The only advantage is that the hotel is located in a fairly quiet part of the island which allows you to sleep.

We read reviews before booking - these must be very old and/or fake. ||The good - location is very near to turtle point. Not on the beach but a couple of minutes walk. Some of the trees have pretty flowers. …

A bit of an update on this hotel.They don’t offer free bikes anymore, and if you book them from the hotel they charge you an extra fee if 20k/ day:The room doesn’t have a window, so if you want window, they offer to upgrade $$They don’t have any type of restaurant, cafè or buffet in the mornings or anytime.I asked for a cup of hotwater to make my own tea in the morning and it was a total disaster, they brought me after a while a thermo and when I opened it it was full of ants coming out 🫤…I know is a mistake but it was bad.the bed in the room is comfortable, the AC works, they give you feee bottles of water, the outside pool seems nice even I didn’t try.In general overpriced for what they offer, but ok to just go back and sleep.

This hotel is so magnificent. The amazing interior and concept give a unique and comfortable vibes.I will never forget the owner's kindness who accepted me and my bf to stay in the middle of the night (12.40 am) with a special prize!! Due to the cancellation that I have encountered in other places,and the whole island's hotel+guest house is somehow FULL!!! We almost gave up to find a place to stay that night and was too freaking tired because of cycling the whole island just to find a place to stay that night.I will go back to this place for sure someday. Thank you so much ❤ Really recommend this place if you visit Gili TrawanganGod bless you !!

I immediately liked the simple but refined style of this relaxing and peaceful place, located a little outside the center (for this reason you will have to rent bikes as for anyone who decides to stay on this island where there are no motor vehicles ).For this reason the place is quiet and suitable for families. The staff and manager are good and always present, the rooms are good and clean, the swimming pool is always clean and quiet.I recommend it for those seeking rest, silence and a unique atmosphere.Note for those coming: the hotel was built in the style of the houses of the Sulawesi Islands (Indonesia), worked piece by piece and rebuilt in Gili Trawangan.

Pleasant context. I had booked a family room for 5 people, but it turned out to be unlivable and for the change to 2 rooms I was asked practically double the amount, then reduced by only 30%, even though those rooms would now have remained free.In the three-bed room there was often no water, while the two-bed room on the first floor, without windows, was replaced free of charge with a larger one on the ground floor due to a problem with the shower.Big flaw, no possibility for breakfast is offered, not even for a fee and not even a simple kettle.You have to go towards the center, at least 300 meters away.Too bad it's also neglected (loose pool tiles, etc.).It could be a nice hotel to stay in Gili in a quiet area.

Okay place. A bit out of the way. No restaurant. No free bikes anymore. Rooms are a bit small and the property is a bit rundown but it’s cheap and quite so that makes up for it.
