Incredibly great accommodation. We felt very comfortable. The staff was also very polite and always ready to help if there were any problems. The room was only cleaned when you personally approved it. The location was fantastic. We'll be back!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 night and loved every second! The rooms, pool and outdoor seating area are all so clean and spacious. The staff are so friendly and will do anything to help you enjoy your stay, highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Lombok!

A very enjoyable stay in luxurious conditions with a private swimming pool and a spacious, partially open bathroom with beautiful plants inside. A very tastefully designed and finished with passion, spacious and luxurious private Villa ensuring privacy..Wonderful, friendly and helpful Staff, Manager Mr Haelani and the Owner of the facility Natalia, who takes care of every little detail.A very comfortable place in a good location with a nice atmosphere and very committed staff who speak English very well.Everything in the facility is of the highest quality, even small items such as organic cosmetics in the bathroom.The lack of breakfast in Neptune Studios offer is not a problem - 20 meters next door is Loka Bar serves yhe perfect and delicious breakfasts, which we ate every day. We highly recommend it !Perhaps even with the room service delivery, but this is really not a problem due to the very close distance to the excellent Loka bar serving very delicious breakfasts and more.We travel a lot around the world and have visited many countries, but Neptune Studios and the atmosphere there are a unique place that cannot be forgotten ! Very good hotel in KUTA, everything very clean and tidy. Host can be reached at any time via WhatsApp.Only point of criticism.The driver from the organized airport transport wanted more money than agreed with the accommodation.

I stayed at Neptune Studios for one night in July 2023. As a solo female traveler confronted with last-minute accommodation issues, I found myself stranded late at night upon arrival to Lombok. The response from the owners (i presume) was not only prompt but exceeded all expectations, as they went out of their way to ensure i had a place to stay. The owners themselves came to meet me and prepare the room (very last minute and late at night). Beyond the owners/staff being kind and attentive the accommodation itself was immaculate. The villa itself was of high quality, beautifully designed, clean, comfy and just the perfect place to completely let go and relax. I wish i could've stayed longer and when i return to Lombok i'd definitely stay again.Thankyou again for your help!

I stayed here for 3 days originally we booked 6 days but decided we wanted to stay in Pullman, here’s the thing Pullman is a 5 star hotel and we had the most expensive suit but Neptunes stole my heart, it was by far the best place I have ever stayed in and I travel allot and been around the world.. things that Neptunes can’t control like the noice you get from the chicken or the gym didn’t bother me at all but what I will focus on is the stay, it was welcoming comfortable sexy stylish modern and etc I was at that part of the world for 4 months and stayed in a lot of different places but Neptunes was my favourite.. thank you to the staff and Natalie you will see me again next year

Not far from the city center. The pool is very small and does not get sun. You cannot sleep comfortably because of the music coming from the restaurant next door all day long and the dog noises at night.
