Stayed 1 night in a room with more beds. Everyone was calm and friendly. We laughed and sang a lot together. It was a nice experience.

Very nice hostel with delicious breakfast. The only point of criticism is that the door to our double room was open when we arrived, which meant that one of the cats came into the room and made itself comfortable in the bed, which meant that there was cat hair in the bed.

It’s a hidden spot in Kuta, close enough from everything but still at a quiet place, there is a construction next door, but it’s actually even not annoying or too noisy.It’s beautiful, colourful, viby. The staff is the nicest, love Yuni and Joker! Thank you so much, my stay was great. ❤️❤️

ABSOLUTELY LOVE SECRET SPOT! The staff are so fun and amazing and it's such a cool tropical vibe. The rooms are nice and they have thought of everything, desks, big bathroom and hot water! They organise everything you need - surf lessons, tours, bikes. It was a pleasure thank you so much!

Very noisy - construction till December .You can not sleep well. There is a construction site directly behind the rooms, next door is a elementary school and in front of the rooms is the bike parking spot the keeps you up day and night.The rooms it self are clean. But the kitchen (where you get your breakfast from) is so dirty even for Indonesians.So many bad things unfortunately:- water was not working and one day i had brown water whole day from the construction (see photos)- no window glass in the room (soYou hear everything from in a outside and animals and mosquitos come in)- rainshower was dirty and did not work at all- staff is unattentive- no cleaning in 3 days- very small area (there is no real garden like on the photos)- WiFi 2-3mbit- no real chair in the room- bed feels like a hostel bed (the hostel beds are even worse - especially hostel shower - yes one - was a mess)- no power socket in bathroom- no blanket (only sheets)- hard matrace.But the noise is the worst.

The secret spot is a very nice hostel just off the main street in Kuta Lombok. the free breakfast is really delicious and every serving is freshly made by the ladies.There is a cool chill out area upstairs with beanbags and even a hammock.The dorm itself has 10 beds but only 7 are actually used for guests. The beds are wide with very nice privacy curtains with space for luggage underneath. Only a small lockable cubby is provided for you precious items or money.2 Showers and 3 toilets are located right outside of the dorm and have free body soap and shampoo in them.All of the staff members are super friendly, helpful and just fun to be around. Surf boards and lessons are available for a fee, along with scooters for rent.The baby cat loves to be pet and is so cute, be nice to her.The mattresses are super bouncy and just not my cup of tea.The restrooms need a bit of maintenance as 2 of the bum guns are constantly dripping and one sink basically drains right onto the floor.

Great location, got a good room for 2 people with air conditioning working great, breakfast is very good (made with love) and enough to choose from. People are also social and very helpful! We will be coming here again when travelling to Kuta, Lombok!

I loved my stay at Secret Spot. From the first the communication with them was very good and accessible.I was sick and had to rest a lot and I'm really glad it happened while I was staying there.The dorm-style room is cozy, the beds are spacious with a curtain, its own light and plenty of space to put your things in the cubicle. The space in general is very pleasant and the breakfasts are the best!It is not an ultra sociable hostel but with very nice people staying there. For me it was not a problem because I was looking for a quieter space for a week to rest.The staff is lovely, always available if you need anything and with time to chat. Ma-kasi sisters and brothers!! :)PS: I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the doors to the shared bathrooms are quite noisy and that woke you up every time someone went to the bathroom.
