I didn't stay overnight but there were events twice a day, it's a shame that the hotel lobby toilets smelled a bit of urine, and if there was a prayer room it would be better for those who were having events so they could pray without staying overnight. But the service is really good, friendly again.

We were surprised at how run down, smelly, and dirty the rooms were because the exterior was beautiful. The location is convenient, the pool was lovely, and we loved the view of Rinjani. But the room smelled so strongly of mothballs it made us nauseous; the mugs had lipstick stains; there’s no fan, A/C, or mosquito net and the window doesn’t have a screen; only the fitted sheet and a thick blanket were provided (no top sheet or lighter blanket); the bathroom was falling apart and there was hair on the floor when we arrived; and the bed was so uncomfortable. The front desk staff were also not particularly friendly, welcoming, or accommodating. Especially for the price, I’d recommend staying at one of the many other options in Sembalun.

Stayed here a day after Eid Al Fitr, didn't wait too long to check in, only one staff member was available around 4pm. Went into the room, i guess the room was just being cleaned around the time we arrived 'cause the bathroom was wet (mopping) and the room kinda smelled funny. But after 30mins we open the door no funny odor lingered there.The ambience of the hotel is nice and quiet, i had a toddler with me and he loved running on the grass and feeding the deers, the room was not really soundproof 'cause we can hear the other person in the next room. And around night time (midnights) the unit at the end was loud Karaoke-ing. And no staff were there to remind them.Breakfast was ok, the portion of the Nasi goreng is kinda small but ok, the mie rebus was ok, and had extra pancake for my child and he loved it.The water heater didn't last long, after 2x we took turns to shower, the heat was gone.But we loved staying there, the view of Mount Rinjani was breathtaking.
