The rooms are spacious, feel luxurious and the equipment looks all new. The room TV is a smart TV, so it can use Netflix and YouTube.But the room is not soundproof. The sound of children running down the hall could be heard clearly.There are no dimmer night lights, so you have to turn off all the lights if you want to sleep, it's best to provide a night light next to the bed, or provide an option to dim the lights.The mattress was hard, the king bed turned out to be two mattresses combined, so the middle part was very hard.There is no peep hole cover on the door, so it feels like there is a lack of privacy.Service is good, the front office is very friendly and helpful. There is valet parking.Service at the best restaurant. Maintain and improve.The food tastes delicious with the right portions. the choice of food at breakfast is small, then there is no butter knife to spread jam and butter on bread.At night the entrance was at the portal and there was no one at the guard post, so you had to open the portal yourself. is there a curfew? Should have been informed.There is only one lift and it is small, when you want to go up there is a house keeping staff carrying a large trolley. I had to wait for the elevator to pass before pressing again, and it happened again. So just getting up takes a long time. Luckily I was on the 1st floor so I could take the stairs. It is best to separate service lifts and guest lifts.Recommendation, if possible, ask for a room on a high floor because there is no view from rooms on the 1st floor.Update: If you come here, you really have to try the fried rice menu. All the fried rice is delicious. Starting from fried rice at breakfast to fried rice that can be ordered on the menu.Overall a pleasure to stay here. Definitely would come here again.

Relatively new hotel. To taste the food in the restaurant. the star level is above what they claim. Good standard.My group because of tight time with the train schedule. Didn't have time to pick up the suitcases that were left at the hotel.The manager in charge of providing service ordered the hotel staff to take the suitcase to the station. What a great service from IB23 Hotel. Salute

A new hotel with a minimalist concept, the lobby is just on the terrace, but I was disappointed with the stagnant bathroom water.

The room was nice, clean, neat, fragrant, but unfortunately the wait for the room was 1 hour 30 minutes, which made me give up on having a staycation, so at that time I was at the hotel location at 2 pm because the information from the check-in application was at 2 pm after I arrived at the hotel, the room was not ready OK, that's fine, I'll wait, I thought it would be 30 minutes at the most and it turned out to be 1 hour and 30 minutes, I can't imagine how patiently I was waiting, I didn't know how to wait, but that's all, so while I was waiting, my position was outside the front office near the entrance to the lobby/cafe, sir, he said, I was told to move in and wait. inside the cafe, OK, I'll move, but it's not important, what I need is a room, not a change of position, waiting after being in the old cafe, I finally arrive at the front office again and the answer is still not ready, even though there are new people coming, most of them just take the elevator, I'm still waiting for my room, I'll ask. Bro, why haven't I done that one yet? He said the other one was taking a twin bed room while I had a double bed. Bro, he even offered me if I wanted to go to the room quickly, move to the twin bed there. I was getting more patient and shaking my head, that's not the solution, boss, my room should have been prepared sooner. Don't wait, it's better if the wait is 30 minutes, it's 1 hour 30 minutes. I refused the offer and the master casually said again, can he sit down and move back to the cafe (more into the cafe) either because he didn't feel comfortable or was embarrassed because my partner was waiting for a room. This took 1 hour and 30 minutes until I fell asleep twice, I was left for so long, I didn't respond, I didn't move seats, then 15 minutes later the boss came to tell me that the room was ready on the 1st floor, I was getting more and more patient, I didn't expect that, I was told to wait. It took a long time and I was still given a room on the 1st floor, I don't know if I hadn't been warned at that time, maybe I would have waited longer.

Stayed 2 nights here, the location is strategic near ITB and Unpad even though it is a bit inside but not far from the main road. So the atmosphere is cooler and calmer. In front of the hotel, if you walk a little you can find typical Bandung snacks and food stalls. On Sundays, near the main road there is a Sunday marketThe rooms are spacious, nice, clean, and have complete facilities. The staff are also very friendly. For the breakfast menu, the system can choose orders according to the menu offered that day. If you go to Bandung city, this hotel could be a good option

- the air conditioner only blows, it's not cold, the position of the air conditioner is right next to the face + body, the air conditioner is blocking, at 2 p.m. it falls after installing it in the afternoon-dusty glass, used coffee stirrer, sticky-The rooms are not airtight, people just talk in the hallway and listen-Mechanic comes, fixes AC, toilet, shoes come with me- 1 cm access card, meanwhile the lift uses access. If one of the people in the room doesn't come out, imagine the troubleLooks like I was cheated by a review...

A new staycation experience at a new hotel in the Bandung City area. The vibes are really comfortable, the staff are very friendly.While waiting to check in, one of the staff took a tour of the show room, it's funny there are meeting pods (meeting area max. 4 people) but they also have meeting rooms for large groups too...There are no other facilities yet (pool, gym, spa, prayer room) hopefully in the future there will be even more champions. The location is very cool and quiet.The restaurant is cool, very instagrammable, the menus are approved and delicious. Basically, it's really comfortable for a staycation...Thx ib23 Hotel Bandung ❤
