Ok for one night! More than that I would have changed places. There was a strong musty smell in the room...it was intense. Music until 11 p.m. but everyone says that. I tell you with this smell, such a high rating of the establishment surprised me a lot.

The place look so beautiful, so homey, minimalist. They have menu for breakfast and also they have a laundry service. The location is really good, near from the restaurants, shops, and the beach. The stuff is really helpful and so kind.The room is not that big but enough for 2 luggages. The Ac works so nice and it has a small tv and also small fridge. The staffs will clean the room everyday but sadly the bathroom isn't soundproof so you can hear people talking and passing beside the bathroom and the sink absorbs the water slowly but overall its clean.

Stayed a total of 3 nightsWhen we checked in, we were missing our reservation.The on-site staff were unaware of the situation and the host told me via WhatsApp that the reservation had been missed due to a change in the reservation staff.Anyway, I couldn’t get into the reserved room, so they took me to a rather shabby room… A room with two twin beds and one double bed.That was the only room we had on the first day. When I asked if we would get a refund, it was late and we couldn't communicate well, so we just stayed one day and asked to change the room the next day. We asked if we could change it to the reserved room the next day, and the room we reserved was all taken. Ha.. We had no choice but to get the basic room. I got a room, and it was better than the room I got on the first day.I didn't want to ruin my trip, so I turned it into a positive thing and stayed for 3 nights.The breakfast is delicious and the staff are friendly. I went to bed thinking it would cost 30,000 won per day, but most people responded… ..Anyway, the location is good. Every night there is a party at the bar in front until 11 o'clock.If you are sensitive, you may feel uncomfortable in many ways.If you are a power positive person, it would be good value for money.**I recommend that you ask to change rooms as soon as you enter, as it is on the second floor and there are two twin beds in one room and one double bed in the other room (was it room 9..?)**

The price includes breakfast, a refrigerator, and a TV with one Korean KBS channel. Above all, I was very satisfied with the location. The entrance was right on the main road, so I wasn't afraid of women. The owner was friendly and there were lots of employees, so even if I had a problem, it was resolved right away! I was assigned a room with a view of the back wall of room 104, but the soundproofing of the shower booth was not at all good, so I personally do not recommend this room, but I recommend the homestay itself as a cost-effective accommodation!

A quiet little place right off the main street in central Sanur. The rooms are comfy and clean, with well functioning aircons, at least the two rooms I stayed in. Staff is very helpful and friendly, with a proper homestay feeling.

Be careful with the exchange in the small sheds, don't let them change the money once you have counted, they are crooks, bandit thieves

Great value for money, simple, clean, good breakfast. I would suggest bring some ear plugs if you sleep lightly as it’s close to some bars.
Lots dining options around and close to the beach, 40 mins from the airport and 20 mins from Sanur ferry terminal.

The location was surrounded by large supermarkets and souvenirs, making daily shopping super easy🎵There is also a laundry on the premises, so you won't have to worry about washing your clothes.The employees were also friendly and helpful. The shower is a bit lacking, but it's acceptable in Bali lolMy only regret is that my room was next to the reception desk, so when people came to check in in the middle of the night, the ringing of the doorbell made my eyes cold...I can't help it...but it's cheap if you're staying alone. It looks beautiful, so the cost performance is great ✨

The place is much smaller than the photos suggest, decoration in the garden is nice. The idea of french doors opening to the courtyard seems a nice idea but it is not at all practical, you need to keep the curtains closed all the time, otherwise everybody can see into your room. The worst thing was this very strong chemical smell, so that i woke up in the middle of the night because i couldn't breath anymore so i just had to open the door, regardless of people walking and sitting in front of it in the morning.

It's good to have a refrigerator in a central and clean room BUT,At first, I wanted to pay in cash and get a discount, and when I told him that he gave me a higher price than the brokerage firm that takes commission, he removed the ad from the company and said this was the price, so I accepted.At the end of the 2nd day, we wanted to stay for 1 more day the next day, he said it was available, he said there was a misunderstanding about the check-out time and we had to leave, we tried to understand again, but we were on the Nusa Penida Tour, we could only leave in the evening and we only paid for a few hours at our new accommodation.After saying he was sorry about all this he immediately asked for payment for half a day. This was the final point for me to write this review.I'm sorry, but it's opportunism.
