I came to the villa at 2 pm, but the unit was not ready. Pool is mossy, AC is broken. Dirty, employees are unfriendly and very tired (mothers who use canes), the AC is not cold and doesn't work, the swimming pool is mossy. If you cancel, you don't want to refund the money. FO can't be invited to a good discussion" when I complained the mother said "Jek inguh nepukin" (meaning she was uncomfortable when I complained) when I complained it had arrived at 15.30 the pool was still not being vacuumed, I complained again to the mother, while showing a video of the condition pool, I haven't seen the video. The mother looked away and said "oh, I don't want to, I'm dizzy, if it doesn't fit, just cancel it." It turns out that I read in other reviews that many people complained about the front office. But the FO was not changed or fired. I really feel sorry for the villa owner, he has a good property but the management is bad and the employees are lazy

OMG, this place is unhygienic and dirty. The toilet was stained, and the floor, shower door, and sink were all dirty and looked abandoned. The place is in ruins. I don't think this is maintained at all. As soon as we entered the villa, it stank of the bathroom. The curtains were dirty, and the pool water seemed to be from ages ago. It was late at night, so we could not turn around and leave. We did not use the bathroom and waited until 6 AM for the nearby cafes to open before leaving the room immediately. This place must be shut down. I don't think anyone is maintaining it, or if they are, they are just riding it out until someone comes by and asks that it be shut down. What a nightmare!

Disgusting and unhygienic. Dirty and dusty. Musty and stinky. Must ahve once been a beautiful property now dilapidated and rundown. Must be shut down. We were greeted by a sting bathroom smell as soon as our villa door was opened. …

Very, very ugly….Starting from the receptionist service to the very rotten rooms...The toilet can't flush...Anyway, really not recommended...
