Apparently there was a recent change of ownership here. I think the hotel and the restaurant are great!The hotel has beautiful bungalows with terraces and there is a beautifully maintained garden with a pool.The restaurant's menu has recently been revised and the dishes taste very good. As a guest I was allowed to try out the new menu and I was really impressed. I can only recommend it to you and test the Mahi Mahi fish :)

Beautiful, clean accommodation in separated villas in a garden. Swimming pool available. Enough privacy, beach 50 m from accommodation, nice and english speaking staff. Wifi abailable.

Room was big with a wardrobe and big bed, good mattress. Stuff fixed the shower head and bidet shower very quickly and was very friendly. Breakfast fruit, and one can choose of different egg verities. We liked it. Despite the place for breakfast is used partly as storage. I guess they plan to renovate. Pool was milky and some tiles broken. All in all, for the price of 360000 IDR per night absolutely great. We can recommend it

Attention! Look at recent reviews and not the overall rating!Disastrous experience.A booking confirmed a few days before, yet when we arrived at the scheduled time (4:30 p.m.) no staff was available to welcome us.We looked at the bungalows ourselves, and none were available even though we had reserved 2 accommodations.The owner/manager does not answer his phone.Result: more than 2 hours wasted finding other accommodation.Not to mention the pitiful state of the facilities, the lack of storage, maintenance and cleaning.A filthy lobby, stocks overflowing everywhere, no deckchairs by the pool.It's a shame, better managed it could be very pleasant.

I am very surprised that the hotel is accepting guests in this condition. There has clearly been no renovation for many years; 2/3 of the restaurant’s space is reserved for a dusty warehouse for building materials; breakfast is served on the three remaining tables. The manager sits on the remaining one, surrounded by papers.One gets the feeling that they are preparing for renovations and/or collecting money for them, while they consider it normal to house people.More details about the number below.When the hotel is renovated (if it is renovated) it can be considered because of the location and cozy garden.But before checking in, I recommend asking for current photos of the room and asking whether renovations have been carried out.

Di Abian Villas. Unmissable address in Amed-Lipah. A few dozen meters from the beach. In a garden perfectly maintained by Kadek, the owner. A haven of peace and serenity. Villa, perfectly clean with equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom, large bedroom overlooking the swimming pool, air conditioning...the swimming pool is private and only dedicated to the occupants of the villa. The owners are extremely kind, as is the person who took care of us for reception and breakfast. With the added bonus of a little improvised evening with Kadek and his bamboo musical xylophone. Unbeatable value for money for the region.I highly recommend this address.

Beautiful villa, and wonderful hosts! Villa was spotless, comfortable, pool was set amongst a meticulously kept garden and is a 2 minute walk to Lipah Beach. Hosts, Kadek & Yuli, also live on property making the villa feel very cozy and safe. They were incredibly kind, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed in Amed. This was our favourite place to stay in Bali!

It is a quiet place, but the price x quality ratio does not match. The accommodation is clean, but initially the filtration at the pool did not work and the resort does not have access to the sea, and sunbeds and umbrellas have to be paid for again. Clothes dryers were missing and the restaurant where breakfast was served added a fifteen percent tax to the meal! After four days, we (three women) stayed half a kilometer away for half the price, including sun sets and breakfast. They were nice and helpful there too, that is quite common in Indonesia, you just need to communicate in English.

The place is very good to sleep in Amed. Very good price for the quality they offer you. They have a fantastic and very well-kept garden, a clean and super comfortable pool. The rooms are very large with a very large bed, the cleanliness is quite good for being in Bali. The bathrooms could be a little better, but they have hot water and are acceptable. The price includes breakfast, it is very good with natural juice. We've been here over a month and we love it. The drawbacks are that the power usually goes out from time to time and the internet is very very slow, if it had good internet it would be a 10.

An amazing 18-day stay in the Garden of Eden, in a constantly cleanly maintained bungalow. Family approach of nice staff, great trips with Tom. Both Verunka and Tom introduced us to local life and culture, provided help in times of trouble. Excellent food at a local restaurant. We recommend a beautiful holiday, Jan and Jiřà HelvĂn

We love this place. Have been staying and coming back to it for years. Great grassed area for the kids. Rooms are basic but all you need. Food is good,but it did take a while to get it, but we understood as there was 8 of us.
