I stayed in this hotel for 2N whilst doing a course in Amed. Good facilities, and nearby to the town centre. Rooms were spacious.||I needed an early breakfast which they arranged.||Nice peaceful surroundings - my room even came with a nice outside patio area.

Everything are always above my expectations, the room cleanliness, the pool, the view, the staff event the breakfasts are always amazing 🙏🏼Have been come for many times from 2021 to this place, ever try to other villas but never find heart kindness service like Damar Sanjaya Did to our family 🙏🏼That’s the reason why we always come to this beautiful place.Thank you Gede for always taking care of my family when we’re here 🙏🏼Matur suksma 🙏🏼

Super Joglo, quiet, cozy, cute and clean place.Breakfast just what you need, a little outside of Amed so more chill, you can rent a scooter on site if necessary! Very nice swimming pool! Goooood placeeeee

Everything lovely except our evening ants in ROOM N 3. Loads of them. Please hotel solve the ants problem in room n 3.GUESTS, DO NOT LEAVE OPEN FOOD IN THE ROOM. ESPECIALLY ROOM N 3.++The place has resorty vibe.Location beautiful. 5 mins walk from the beach. Close to eateries.Staff wonderful. Friendly and helpful.When we had early departure they made us breakfast before official start of bf and packed it up for us.Pool clean and big enough to swim.Wifi good.Shower ok.Room clean.Bed comfortable.If we ever come to Amed for longer time, would love to stay here again. And longer. However, not in room n 3.Breakfast is included. However it is missing some fruit. It is drink (coffee tea or jouice) and eggs or pancakes. Fruit is a standar everywhere and would be welcome here as well :)--We stayed 1 night and enjoyed it. So we extended 1 night more. We had to move a room within the same category because they had a booking where 2 rooms needed to be next to each other. They moved us to the room which ended up being infested by ants. Big ants and lots of them. There was other insects as well but that was tolerable. We spent about 1+ hour of our time fighting them, with the help of staff. Twice. Once at app 7pm and the other time at app 10pm.Avoid room n 3 if they want to give it to you. You might ended up dealing with ants infestation.We called the owner/ manager, who sent over his staff. They came with a broom and spray that might have possible attracted the ants, because it was against mosquitos and cockroaches, not ants :/We wanted to move the room but the hotel was booked out, so the only solution manager found was to to move us away 10 minutes drive from the accomodation. Bcs we didnt know where we would end up and ants seemed to stop coming after staff taped area around window and the smell of the spray was less, we declined the offer.Also, we were not warned not to leave any food in the room. It has kitchennette area, so we assumed it was ok. It wasnt.We we not offered any kind of compensation.Room n 2 was ok/ clean and no ants infestation.So was room n 7.

What a perfect place to spend a few weeks for our first visit to Amed.All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. The pool is kept clean and clear, surrounded by beautifully kept mature gardens.Our superior room was spacious and clean with the added bonus of a sky view open air (but also very private) shower.The staff will assist with booking trips, transport etc.Thank you Gede and all of the team.

Pool is the first thing that impressed me, that's why we book this cottage. Very large pool with beautiful hills background.The location near the beach, you still can find cafe along the way. We visited "Good Stuff Cafe"Wooden house is sturdy, bedroom is good and cool semi-outdoor bathroom. Maintenance of some stuff need to be considered i.e shower, wall cracking, stain on linen, and stained umbrella at sun lounger.Mini fridge, cold water, electric kettle, coffee/tea is available. Working desk, cupboard are there. Terrace with sofa is provided. They really put attention to detail, and basic amenities are on hand.Large parking area for car.Breakfast is standard.Pak Ketut the owner is very kind and inspiring.Overall we like the accomodation.
