Exceptional villa: huge and very well decorated suites, 2 swimming pools, tree-lined garden...Big downside: the house staff is very unpleasant and not at all helpful! Very disappointing. It is amazing to reside in such a magical place and such low-end service!

An incredible place to relax and enjoy nature. Perhaps the best corner of the real Bali, as it was a few years ago.Remember, tourist: Canggu is not Bali.Bali is here ❤️

We originally booked for 2 nights and ended up staying there for a week. Clearly the place is incredible, magnificent house, crazy view but the real reason for our extension is the team at Villa Mandala and that's what made us feel so good there and that we wanted to stay there! Many thanks again to the whole team because you gave us an incredible week and it’s really thanks to you. We really hope to see you again so thank you thank you thank you :)

We had a wonderful time here. Our party of 14 stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed warm hospitality, delicious food and luxurious surroundings. Drivers, massage therapists and even a Balinese dance and fire performance were helpfully arranged at short notice. Highly recommend

This place is amazing. The staff is fantastic.I had a business conference Skype call and they helped sort me out the perfect area to do everything.I have never stayed in a place where the staff have gone above and beyond what they needed to do for guests.The villa is also amazing.This is my 1st ever review because I couldn't ask for more.P.s the lady who does the massages is fantastic.Everything is above 5 stars

Very expensive for what it is. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The beach is dangerous and not the same as the pictures. The bathroom wasn't very clean. Alot of things on the food menu aren't available and you can't really get out of the hotel to eat since its very far from the main road and they don't have transportation service available (unless you want to spend 30-50USD to get out, which is totally not normal for Bali) The bed are not comfortable and the staff looks like they are forced to be nice. The owners are rude and don't know how to treat the clients. You can get way better for the same price.

A nice and quiet place right next to the sea. There is a popular surfing spot next to the property.Getting to Villa Mandale isn't as straightforward as following a road and some signs, so contact the hotel first!Very nice view from the pool.The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is okay nothing mind blowing.
