The sheets are stained, the cleaning has not been done, hairs everywhere in the bathroom.Mushrooms on the ceiling.To flee.

The place is not what it looks like in the ads, the bungalows are dirty, without the furniture in the photos, there is no air conditioning, there is no WiFi, we had breakfast included, but they did not have a restaurant service and everything was very neglected. The pool was out of use, with little water and green. A disaster and the manager didn't want to give us our money back. We are looking for another accommodation in high season. A hell of an experience, and Agoda, with whom we made the reservation, 4 days later, still has not given us any response.

The welcome was very good, but...Unfortunately, we were not able to stay with our child because the place was not air-conditioned, the sockets are accessible to the little fingers of young children... and the work is in progress so not very pleasant for everyone. each one... hole in the floor and shaky step... the rooms are excessively hot with a roof poorly adapted to local temperatures; and the garden and the swimming pool were unfortunately not that accessible given the maintenance that must be underway.Thanks all the same to the host who was very pleasant when we arrived and asked the staff to lend us their wifi... to find another place more suitable for our one and a half year old child.In addition, booking online is a non-refundable payment... move on... unless you are adults on a low budget and fairly rootsy (without children)!

The bungalows are dirty and not maintained ||Beds not made when we arrived, so we asked for sheets... those given were dirty! And with cigarette holes. ||2 towels for 6 people! …

We are very upset with this accommodation, which appears to have recently changed hands.Our experience at this hotel has not been very good. Note that when we booked the stay there was another owner and now, it has changed. Most of the Bungalows are being built or repaired, in fact some that we have seen from the outside are beautiful. But it is not our case.We arrive and the owner tells us that he has cleaned the room and that things may be missing, because he is alone. He doesn't tell us the checkout hours or wifi keys (which doesn't exist), we had to write to him through the Booking messages. We notice that toilet paper is missing, they ask for it. Then a towel, we ask for it... And when we arrive at night (around 9:30-10 p.m.) we realize that one of the beds doesn't have a sheet to cover it... half-baked. We wrote to him but obviously, he no longer responds...We could swear that we had booked the hotel with breakfast (as shown in the pictures) but it denies it. And when he left, he spoke very badly to us.

Me and my wife attacked by the owner, staff and friends (i ended up in hospital). They were holding rocks and a metal. Broke my phone, glasses, shirt, short. All started when i tried to take pictures of the place while the owner wanted to put me as a NO SHOW and then decided to grab my phone and started pushing me and punching me. All these infront of my 6.5 year daughter.
