This was our first visit at Gili Trawangan.We received a message from the owner immediately after the reservation was confirmed, giving us advice on what to do when we arrived at the island. Thank you very much.And the most important thing is the super staff, Ms Era. She is the one person who takes care of all four functions of reception, F&B, housekeeping, and guest relations. She also greets you with a very nice smile. She's smile is probably the best in Gili T.The owner's prompt messages and Ms Era's super staff are enough to make us feel at home.Furthermore, even though the accommodation is on a small island, there is not a single mosquito on the premises or in the room. The water pressure and hot water in the showers are more than enough.It was wonderful.On a personal note, I wish the beds were a little firmer. After that, we can highly recommend this place highly enough.

The cottage was very clean and the shower worked very well. Air conditioning and bicycle rental for the day. The owner produces Kombucha drink in various flavors. Excellent. The person who took care of us is called Ella. She came to take us back to the Port. She knows how to make sure we take the right boat.

It's located a little inside the city, so it's hard to walk, but the house is far away from the city.Breakfast omelet, bread, and coffee are delicious.Staff very kind. They call you a carriage, there's a famous mo massage shop nearby, and they even provide hot water if you eat cup ramen. Sumisate is very close and I definitely recommend it to Koreans. Make a reservation for 5 days.

A lovely welcome, large, well-equipped room - air conditioning, fridge, fan, bedding -Calm and quiet, a top breakfast, terrace and garden, close to everything, Mandalika is very nice on Gili T-Thanks to the staff and see you soon - plus the boss is a diving instructor 👍 great

When I looked at the hosts combative responses to any little sort of criticism with hostility and anger I had a bad feeling about this place and wish I listened to my gut and DID NOT STAY HERE. The host is rude and disrespectful. I have only ever had wonderful experiences with airbnb hosts till this airbnb.I would HIGHLY recommend anyone reading this to look elsewhere at airbnbs/hotels run by respectful, kind, local, hosts as Gili t is a beautiful island with amazing people. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS MAN'S BUSINESS.I would encourage you to read the responses from the host with a grain of salt but see his tone and anger that no-one wants when they are staying positive and on vacation.

I‘m living on Lombok and the Mandalika Cottages are my go to everytime i like to get a relaxed weekend on Gili T. It’s very convenient, comfortable and overall a good place. Highly recommended

That place IS juste gérant , been welcomed n'y that young lady "Ella " looking at everything for us , breakfast was great and fresh . Seems to be car from the centre but finaly walking 5 mn to get to the restaurants, massages and good restaurant nearby . WE loved it and it was realy correct prices comperate with the vert good standing and vert clean place with Air co ... 🏝👍🏻

Stayed here for 2 nights. I think it's a very good choice for a hotel that costs about $20 a night. The room is spacious, and there are no problems with the water, air conditioning, etc.When I was there, the staff member Ella helped me arrange snorkeling and recommended nearby restaurants.It's quiet and comfortable, and is also recommended for couples traveling alone.

The rooms and bathrooms are super spacious. The towels smelled a little musty, the bed was acceptable. But it was clean overall. It just seemed curious to us that the times we went out, they entered the room and left the lights on (which we made sure to turn off before leaving) and we really don't know why they came in, they didn't even change our towels or set up the room. bed . It was a bit confusing. But the attention was super, the breakfast was very delicious, she cared about helping us when we needed it! The stay was very good!!! A little far from the movement of tourists.

In the hinterland. You don't dare walk there in the evening. To the left of the accommodation is a wild garbage dump. The locals throw everything there. Very unfortunate. The hostess was not on site and became insulting when discussing justified deficiencies.Leave immediately after 1 night.The lady on site was very helpful.AddendumAfter sending the review, I received 10 emails within 5 minutes, the content of which I would like to spare you. Only as far as she. Wish me a bad life.Now I'll say it:Be careful of this hostess. She just wants your money but doesn't do anything for it.It's a real shame that such hosts use fake reviews to inflate their ratings.

I loved my stay here! It’s a great location, the staff is very friendly, they have kombucha for sale , everything was clean, rooms spacious and AC and a fridge . Also nice filling breakfast.

One of the best places you can stay at in Gilli. The host is really good, very helpful and so friendly.The rooms are neat and clean and the location of this property is perfect! Close by to everything around . Also very safe to stay here . The next time I visit I'm definitely going to stay here again . I highly recommend this place .

Great place. Great value for money. I totally recommend it ! Rooms are big, nicely furnished and very clean + shower with hot water. Very warm welcome from the owner and Ela. They made everything to make our stay enjoyable. You can rent bike for around 3 euros and go around the island very easily.Thanks for everything 🙏
