Large room, clean, comfortable bedding. Quiet establishment. Welcoming and attentive staff. Breakfast included in the reservation, copious and good (1 omelette/pancake/toast + 1 fruit salad + 1 hot or cold drink), served directly on the terrace. Possibility of having your laundry washed there, around €1.50 per kg.Regarding the shower, no hot water but water at room temperature, heated by the sun. With 30 degrees outside, never had a problem taking a shower.Very well located establishment, close to the central street and the port.

Very nice homestay with very helpful staff. BUT be careful, you should not trust their agent to organize a boat trip. They go through the agencies Inami Luxury and SemayaOne, which are not reliable and will ask you for additional prices throughout the journey (additions that you are obliged to accept, at the risk of being abandoned in the middle of nature)

Had an amazing stay - room and bathroom were spacious, the breakfast very delicious and the guys super friendly, nice and helpful! The location is great - close to the beach and the port, I also rented a bike from them for a very fair price. Really recommend!!

Particularly noteworthy is the staff available around the clock. The dedicated hosts fulfill every wish. The homestay places great emphasis on cleanliness and offers great value for money. The air conditioning works smoothly and breakfast is included. It takes five minutes to get from the port to the Melbao Homestay (on foot). The property only has showers with cold water. This isn't a problem for me considering the warm weather.

This homestay is located very close to the main street and within a few walking minutes from the port. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was great to enjoy on the terrace outside of the room.The room was very basic, clean and the bed comfortable. A hammock is provided for a nice afternoon nap outside.It’s on par with the prices for accommodations on Gili Air but a bit high IMO.No hot water showers but that seems impossible to find on any of the 3 Gili Islands.Some wall decorations or accessories would make the room feel a bit more welcoming.

Quiet and central location. They offered breakfast every morning, we went for the pancakes most morning which were delicious!We can’t thank the staff enough they were attentive and friendly and very interested anytime we would chat with them - especially Donnie and Addie!Would easily book here again next time we go to Gili air.
