Brilliant hotel with amazing helpful staff. We had a gecko in our room the first night and they were happy to help us remove him safely. My boyfriend’s slider broke and they managed to glue it back together for him! We stayed in both types of room here (high up with hammock and normal floor level room) and both were spotlessly clean with mosquito nets and soap provided in the bathrooms. Breakfast was a lovely addition every morning.Two things to note; the morning call to prayer here is loud as the mosque is close with a crackly speaker, and the B&B is down a literal dirt track. You will get dusty feet and legs and shoes. Also if you stay in room 3, you might be lucky enough to spot the monitor lizard who likes to hang out in the bush areas behind the accommodation - it’s fenced off though so no need to panic!

We had a truly wonderful experience staying at Ananda. We had the warmest welcoming from Ozan. He wished my friend a happy birthday and gave us a fresh coconut drink on arrival, so kind! The room was so beautiful, spacious and clean with a veranda surrounded by flowering plants. It was so picturesque. The bed was comfy with a mosquito net and the aircon was a relief. The place is very quiet. You might hear the call to prayer early morning, but it's in the distance so isn't very loud and there was earplugs in the room which was very thoughtful and did the trick - I slept through it a couple of times and my friend didn't hear it at all. The breakfast was nice. We enjoyed omelette and banana pancakes and the coffee was really good. All the staff were very friendly but Ozan went above and beyond, especially when my friend wasn't feeling well on the morning of checkout. He let us check out later and arranged all our onwards travel. He even came to the harbour with us to help us with our bags and getting on the boat. We are so grateful to him. Finally, the location is right near the beach near Turtle Point so you can rent snorkeling mask and flippers and swim 30 seconds and you'll see turtles and lots of tropical fish. It's a few minutes walk to all the restaurants in the town and you have to go down a dusty track (your feet get dirty but there's a tap outside your bungalow to wash your feet) which is very dark at night but you can use your phone torch to see your way easily, and we felt very safe on the island with all the locals saying hello as we passed by. Highly recommend staying here and thank you to Ozan and Ananda team! 💛

We spent two nights in this B&B.The very kind staff. The accommodation is not very clean, shame about the bathroom not very in line with the Balinese style.Perfect for relaxing very close to the turtle beach.

Super friendly staff who will help you quickly with any concerns. We looked forward to the delicious breakfast every morning, the accommodation was beautifully located and the surrounding construction work and the sounds of the mosque never bothered us. In addition, everything was very clean and well maintained and the accommodation was very well equipped. Clear recommendation from us - we would come back! :)

Very friendly staff. Great location with a beautiful garden and close to the beach (reef with turtles). Breakfast possible on the terrace. Bicycles could be rented directly on site. We really enjoyed the 3 nights on Gili Air.

We spent three nights at Ananda B&B and loved it.The small complex is very quiet and the guest houses are spread out in the beautiful garden, so you have a lot of privacy. Each house has a terrace with seating and a hammock. The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned and the comfortable bed has a mosquito net. The bathroom is also very large and - although a bit old - super clean. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. You can watch sea turtles there 🐢But the highlight of the accommodation is the service and the staff. Ozan and his staff were always available to answer any questions and the breakfast is very good. Here you can choose from different versions of pancakes and egg dishes or French toast. There is also fresh fruit salad and coffee, tea or juice.We felt very comfortable here and recommend Ananda B&B without reservation.

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for hereGili air is invaded by tourists and this is felt in the center of the island with Europeanized restaurantsThis accommodation was well secluded, quiet and a stone's throw from turtle beach, the best spot for snorkling on the island.Ozan welcomed us with a big smile and always gave us extremely good advice for restaurants or even excursionsA haven of peace on an island that has lost its Indonesian charmSpecial mention to the great breakfast served directly to your bungalow!
