Great stay in Gili Air, but be aware of the mosque next to it, we weren't bothered by it but I can get quite loud. Other then that the service is excellent you get your breakfast delivered to your bedroom in the morning and with any questions the guys will be happy to help. To get around its best to lend a bike because by foot it takes roughly 10 minutes to get to the beach.

We stayed on Gili Air for a week and can highly recommend this accommodation. Breakfast is brought directly to your room and is really delicious. The room is clean and the staff is really friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely be back!

The only positive point is the location.Nauseous smells in the bathroom, lousy snorkeling trip, 40 people in the boat and we paid more than the other participants.

Can't fault the friendly and attentive service here! Ali and his team are always available and ready to help. Loved the modern decorated room with a comfortable duvet. Thoughtful touches like cold water and body lotion were also appreciated.

Super nice place, very clean and quiet, well decorated room, warm welcome by the team. I particularly thank Faulia who went out of her way to bring my identity card from Senggigi to Gili Air. I recommend 200% and I hope to return in 2025 or 2026 😍

The owner is sweet and helped me. The hotel is comfortable and very nice despite the open bathroom. Centrally located. Pleasant.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the tours through the hotel. The guide on a snorkeling tour dropped my cell phone in the water. Although it charged again briefly the first day after it dried, today it no longer works with cable charging. I'm completely lost. The guide would actually have to reimburse me for the cell phone because I can no longer use it as before and my entire travel plans were ruined as a result. I had to travel to Lombok earlier in the hope that they could help me here; I could really cry. Unfortunately it doesn't help at all that I only had to pay half the price.

It's a great place, we've never met such kind people, even though we've been to many places. Ali, Faulia and their team are fantastic. Thank you for everything, we had a great time. The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, coffee, tea and water are always available. You can rent a bike and they can help you organize tours. We hope to see you again!
