We loved our cabin. It has an amazing views over the Lake. Something should be done about the REALLY annoying speedboats constantly making unbearable noise and passing TOO close to the side which made swimming in the Lake quite dangerous.

Water views but steep stairs to get down to rooms. Spacious rooms, good bed. If arriving/leaving by ferry be sure to get staff to contact operators to see if they are running.

Recommended hotel for travelers who are looking for accommodation. The room is clean, directly facing the lake. Room prices start from 250. Facilities are adequate. There is hot water too.For those who don't want to go out, the hotel provides a food menu too.The first experience of staying here did not disappoint. The booking process is fast and easy

Bare bones with more of a hostel vibe. Jet ski noise is constant during daylight hours. Service is slow and lack luster. Access to Lake for swimming is challenging. Stairs are very steep and difficult if you have mobility issues. But the view is great. 🤷‍♀️

Very loving older hostess who seems to run everything: reception, kitchen, scooter rental, ...Rooms are extremely simple and are showing their age but have a nice view. I had a balcony with a view over the lake. You have to climb a lot of stairs (from the room to the street/lobby/reception ~4 floors). Unfortunately, WiFi is only available in the lobby, which is quite simple but has a comfortable (old) sofa to relax on. Unfortunately, there are only sockets outside in the lobby. There is a small fridge with a few drinks which are very cheap and are charged on a trust basis when you check out.Practical: the ferry from Parapat drops you off directly at/at the guesthouse at no extra charge and picks you up again by simply waving as it passes by (once an hour during the day). This is common in all places. Driving to Parapat takes a little longer than 1 hour as this is one of the first//last stops. But still super practical
