This hotel has 2 room buildings, the first is on the side of the road where the room windows face Lake Toba (unfortunately this room wasn't open when I came here), the second is the building inside, this one doesn't have any rooms with a direct view of Lake Toba except for the one at the very end ( special room with kitchen)A little addition, I came here in December 2023, they said this new hotel opened in October 2023, so when I came some parts were still under constructionOK, here are my points:(+) Rooms are cute, clean, fragrant(+) The atmosphere is beautiful, cool, even though there is no air conditioning, the room is really cold(+) There is breakfast (fried rice), free mineral water, toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, hotel slippers, room tissue and toilet tissue(+) Friendly, polite service, fast response (it's just that at that time there was no receptionist because there was still a renovation process, so contact the owner directly)(+) There is a sink, a sitting toilet, a hot and cold shower whose intensity can be adjusted(-) I was on the top floor, the window happened to face the lake, but unfortunately it was covered by the trees in front of the room(-) even though the response was fast and friendly, unfortunately at that time I needed help but there was no one to look after it, so I had to contact myself(-) Problem with dead water on the second floor, so I was forced to take a shower downstairs in an empty room(-) the sound from outside leaks a little

Including new hotels in Samosir. Stayed here out of curiosity. Because it is still quite new, the furniture is still complete and the water is still not running smoothly. But the room is very clean, neat. There are hot water facilities too. The view is really OK and directly faces Lake Toba.Recommend this hotel. Maybe a few more months will be better because it's still a soft opening. Hopefully in the future there will be wifi and there will be more breakfast variants. The staff is super helpful and friendly

I ordered 3 rooms for me and my family. The staff so polite and friendly. The cleanliness also good. On night, the weather is cold, no air-conditioning is required. They provide nasi goreng and teh manis for the breakfast and its really taste good. My family and i so happy to stay here

The place is beautiful on the edge of the lake. The view is amazing, it's really special
