This guesthouse is simple, clean and basic. Staying so close to Bryan and his family is a real joy. Bryan is a great host who makes you feel at home, knows all about the surroundings and is a good guide to the mountain and lakes. Beibg across the street from Mopi’s is an extra joy!

Our stay was perfect, they helped us with everything we needed and we even spent some very pleasant times with them. They are a lovely family. It is also the best location in the area. The best-known restaurant is 1 minute walk away. And the ATM next door. Without a doubt, we will return!! Greetings:)

Stayed here one night, rooms are squeaky clean, we had big beds which was comfortable for us being a mother- son combi. It has western style bathroom, the size of a volleyball field. Good bidet, and hot water. Good banana pancake plus fruit breakfast.

Thank you Ms Rose & Mr Bryan. Really enjoyed the homestay and the experience provided. The location is nearby food and drink places. Rooms are spacious, large confy bed, big bathroom. It's also very clean. The ricefield view while having breakfast in the morning is a nice plus. And all of those without breaking the bank. Simple, affordable and efficient.

The only one socket in my room wasn’t working. No hot shower as promised. The whole homestay didn’t even have one roll of toilet paper so the owner grabbed some napkins from a nearby restaurant thinking it would be the same. But what really freaked me out was that when I came back at night from sightseeing, the carpet in front of my door was seized by hundreds of ants, which I believed where attracted by the jar of sugar which was served to me with a welcome drink. The owner left the sugar jar and empty cup on the table outside my room for whole day. I paid half of my room price, packed and left immediately.

Booked as part of a few days travelling over Flores, yes agree limited options and not alot of traveller/tourist infrastructure but could do better. Greeting was ok. Room pretty rubbish. Bed uncomfortable. Can't find many redeeming factors.
