It’s a small clean villa around 15 minute ride from the Labuan Bajo town. Located in a village. We rented a bike from the villa itself. Very limited food options at the villa and surrounding area. We had to go to Labuan Bajo town for our meals. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was comfortable.

Unpleasant staff, breakfast served in the hot sun. Switched in the bathroom. The smell and the worst all-night noise from the pump behind the head and also the noisy air conditioner. They lent a non-functioning scooter.

Beautiful and peaceful little place. It is cozy and extremely clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are also great and made to order. Be aware that is it located far outside downtown Labuan Bajo. It makes for a very quiet and pretty setting, but I would reccomend renting a scooter (provided on site) once you arrive for ease of travel.
