This address should absolutely be avoided. It is close to the airport, which seems convenient, but it is located more than 5km from the heart of Labuan Bajo. It's certainly cheap, but they know how to make money back.WiFi is not stable. The staff seems friendly but that's just a facade. When he offers his help with such a sincere smile, he puts you to sleep. Each service is payable at full price.They also offer tours but more expensive than in the city center.The information given by the staff is deliberately false to keep us in the dark and appear to be the good saviors.Unable to use WiFi correctly to check ferry times, Indra offers to help us. We make an advance to pay for the tickets and once on board, we learn that the reservation is not complete, we have to pay again. The ticket was paid at the pension 3 times the real price. When we talk to the boss, Karon, via WhatsApp: it's a cold shower: the supplement is for service rendered.A word of advice: don't come to this pension, they are dishonest.

The service was not very good, I had booked a room the day before, then when I got there the boss forgot to confirm, then he said the room was full, and the last one wanted to look for a food stall a bit far away, and the route was a bit quiet so it was difficult to find a motorbike taxi.

Stayed here only one night, there were several things that were problems, the room AC needed to be repaired, the bathroom was not too bad, the most important thing to pay attention to was the mattress, when I slept at night I felt my hands were swollen, I thought they were mosquitoes but when I woke up in the morning I I realized that it was bed bugs/bed bugs that bit me, in my opinion this was very serious because my body a few days later was still swollen and itchy, please fix it as soon as possible because it is very detrimental to other guests

I did not book a room here but I booked their 1-Day Tour (4 Destinations) for a very reasonable price at 600k Rupiah. The guys at the homestay are so hospitable and accommodating. One guys from the homestay even took care of me and drive me to the pier where the boat departs. In the boat, we enjoyed it a lot with chatting and laughing here and there. Boat crews are also helpful and give all the details in the entire leg of the tour.

Room was infested with bed bugs and dirty. Impossible to get a refund, we had to find an other homestay in the middle of the night because the owner was nowhere to be found when we find out about the infestation. Terrible experience, run away.

The staff is the best of the place!Located close to the airport but it’s an old building that needs maintenance!It not looks like in the booking or google pictures!SO DIRTY! WAS AWFUL!Sheets dirties, the bathroom and under the bed as well!The worse matress after to be living in India 2 months and traveling in Indonesia for 1 month…

If you have limited budget this is one for you, but be mind with the facility. The owners super nice and funny,the food nice too and they offered you some welcome drink which quite fancy considering the price (either tea or Coffee) the building itself maybe you should think for the mosquitos too much unless you pack yourself repellent, the bad also not so much comfy, toilet also.

Inexpensive simple stay in Flores. The standard of the accommodations is reflected in the price.Staff is very helpful, friendly and funny. Proximity to the center of Labuan Bajo is a bit far, you will need to rent a scooter or take taxi to get to the center, you can rent a scooter at the property. If you are looking for cheap, simple accommodation this is the best choice!
