Plus+The villa is big+direct access to the beachThe minus- When I arrived the floor was dirty, scratchy and sticky-There are no karaoke facilities, you have to bring your own-There's an AC that's dead so it's really stuffy in the room-It doesn't feel very private, lots of other people surveying the villa were allowed to enter via the side route, we were doing activities so we were disturbed because they were passing by-The kitchen is dominated by the guard and his gang, so it feels like a real combination- the catering was ruined, INCLUDING EXPENSIVE, IN THE MORNING BREAKFAST WAS MADE AS IS BECAUSE I WAS TREATING OTHER PEOPLE'S CATERING FIRST, THE QUANTITY WAS MORE, there was a shortage of portions, when I asked for it I didn't seem to receive it-If you can cook it yourself

The villa is nice, big and suitable for large family events, but unfortunately the consumption part is lacking, starting from the amount of food and the taste. Many of the facilities are also damaged. And here also everything is charged so villa visitors cannot stay overnight freely
