It is a series of bungalows on the hill above the town, a very quiet and easy to reach place, convenient for excursions to the lake and the Batur volcano.The property has a hot water swimming pool (naturally, thanks to the underground temperature of the volcano) with a magnificent view of the lake; the staff is welcoming and the rooms simple and efficient, we recommend it!

Great place, I can recommend it to everyone, we took a jeep tour here (the guide is very good, drives carefully and takes great photos), the breakfast is delicious, we took an omelette and a banana pancakeThe area is very beautiful, and the hot water in the pool is what you need

Don't go here.The jeep tour price is 200k more expensive than other places.I told the owner I was leaving because I didn't like this place, so he got angry and pushed me away.The owner is crazy about money. Do not go

The owner is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and clean, the hot water pool is changed every night, the breakfast menu is delicious. The parking location is large enough for several cars and motorbikes, the location is near the main road and the road 👍

First time holidaying in Kintamani, very memorable. I was hesitant because it was tight at the end of the year, looked at this place online, it turns out the place is really good, got the room next door, near the hot swimming pool where the water is changed every day. The rooms are spacious and clean, bathtub facilities with hot water in the room, most importantly the hosts are very friendly and the breakfast is delicious. Will definitely return with extended family. Hopefully Pak Kadek's bungalow will be more crowded 🙏🙏🙏

We stayed there for 2 nights with my friend. Superb place, welcoming and very kind host. The pool is heated, which feels great! Don't hesitate to stop by, the view is magnificent. I highly recommend!

Good if you stay for a night, the room and bathroom are clean and smells good, has hot water. The owner very friendly, the garden look beautiful. Minus location very busy even in early morning and all rooms needs number in every rooms cause my room was knocked by the tour guide at 3.45am he knocked the wrong room and it’s annoying were waking me up. It’s better the rooms have number so when the tour guide come they not knock the wrong room. Breakfast was good, the owner also offered a breakfast for my daughter after i complained about the tour guide which is very polite and he says sorry many times too. So would love to back again here!

Nice collection of 6 spacious, clean, detached villas set in landscaped gardens, overlooking Mt Batur on one side and the lake & Mt Apang on the other. Staff are welcoming and helpful, and can organise hikes, taxis, scooters, etc. A great feature at Mapa Lakeview is the natural thermal pool in the garden, refilled daily with hot spring water. It was much appreciated for a long soak after the sunrise hike up Mt Batur! There’s a small indoor restaurant open all day for guests, serving hot breakfast (included in room rate), and a selection of tasty Indonesian dishes (great spicy mie goreng), as well as local fresh fish. As with almost all accommodation in this area, there is road noise from the passing excursion 4x4s and scooters, which I’d read about before I went. The owner, Made, can provide foam ear plugs, but I honestly found my noise-cancelling earbuds let me sleep just fine through the night (comfy bed too!). All in all, very good value for money & a warm ambience with great views & a thermal pool! And you can pay here by credit card (for a 3% surcharge), which was helpful as the sole ATM in the nearby area only worked for local bank cards.

Very nice, ideal for climbing Mount Batur. The only drawback is the noise of the 4x4 waterwheel which transport tourists towards the sunrise

I stayed here because I accidentally met one of the staff on the street and offered me this homestay, and it turned out it was really really good. the view goes directly to Mount Batur,Basically, I don't regret finding BLI made the day before climbing Mount Batur. good luck, bli 🙏

I can only say... this is a hidden gem in the Batur area...! The building is also really good, the view straight to Mount Batur is really awesome! Then the rooms are big and the bathrooms are top notch, really recommended for those of you who are looking for accommodation in the Batur area

The view from this place to the mountains is incredible, it also has a thermal water pool which is a great combination. Breakfast is provided, the staff is very friendly. The food at the restaurant is very tasty and at a reasonable price.

Not honest behaviour! I made a last time reservation and I selected the wrong date by mistake. I asked them to move of one day the reservation explaining them my mistake since there were rooms available. They answered me that they would have done it but they didn’t! I had to made a new reservation…not fair

Not the craziest place we've been in Bali, the owner is very nice and accommodating, well-kept garden, hot swimming pool with thermal waters, good location for climbing Mt Batur, but due to the close location roads, the place is quite noisy and the bungalow quite basic. A scooter is required to get around the area.
