Amazing experience at Agua hotel. During our stay we felt comfortable, the staff was also very helpful and friendly, especially Kadek Adi and Komang. Maybe improve the breakfast menu. Cleanliness is also considered. Maybe also communicate not to burn rubbish near the hotel. And also pay attention to details of the hotel's presentation, such as several corners that guests are not supposed to see. Thank you for 3 days 2 nights at Agua Hotel Kintamani. Recommended.

1. The room is okay, maybe because it's still new.2. The view from the room is right of the pig pen3. The staff is very unfriendly4. Breakfast is very bad for a room price of 800-1 million5. I was woken up in the middle of the night at around 11 or 12 at night ONLY TO GO IN THE CAR even though the position of my car did not interfere with the 3 cars that had just arrived (the 3 black cars in the photo), then the room I ordered had a bathtub logo which should have had a bathtub but there is only a pipe, there is no bathtub on the balcony, THE VIEW OF MY ROOM IS A CHICKEN CAGE* AND CHICKENS WOWWW is truly amazing. If you want to ask for a showing room for another room for promotion on YouTube, it is not allowed because it has already been booked, even though I have stayed at Ayana Bali, it is still showing even though it has been booked. THE SERVICE IS BAD IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT ONLY TO GO BY CAR + RESTO THE BREAKFAST PLACE IS MORE THAN 10 MINUTES FROM THE AGUA HOTEL

I stayed 3 days 2 nights, the room was ok. But room cleanliness is not handled well.The staff is not friendly, and not very helpful. The parking lot is very small, max only fits 3 cars.1. The water heater often has problems.2. The cleanliness of the swimming pool is not paid attention to3. Every day the room is not cleaned by the hotel staff4. For breakfast, the place is separate from the hotel, and is quite far, 4.5KM5. The staff at the breakfast place are not very helpful and not friendly to local tourists, but to foreign tourists they are very friendly. Please do not discriminate, all guests must be treated equally6. I visited your cafe, to ask if you could make a reservation, he said sorry you couldn't make a reservation, please come directly. But when I came there directly, right in front of the table there was a reservation written and it turned out that foreign guests had reservations. At night someone knocked on the door, it turned out there was a foreigner who was rude and invited him to sleep in his room. With the door on the balcony not being able to be locked, our night became restless and we were worried that he was determined to cross the balcony and open the sliding door easily. What's more, there are trees between the rooms. With a room price of 1.1 million, the view is good but security is very lacking.

The hotel is still new, but the rooms are not soundproof, sounds from outside can be heard into the rooms so it's a bit noisy, the hot water turns off and on, but the view of the lake and mountains is extraordinary.
