We stayed for one night in anticipation of trekking to the famous Mount Batur nearby. The area is not easy to reach: the house is literally located in the fields and to get there you have to travel along a bumpy and very narrow road. In any case it is a quiet area and exploited exclusively for its proximity to the mountain, otherwise there is nothing except fields and other apartments.Welcoming us was a very young boy who was very kind and super helpful to our every need: he assured us of a driver for the following day who was supposed to take us to Amed and, since we didn't have our own means of transport, he went himself with his scooter in the nearest warung to get dinner which we ate in the room. He even offered to light a bonfire and provided us with two tickets with transport included for the trek at a reasonable price (much cheaper than GetYourGuide)The room is new, you can see it, and is well maintained. The only flaw is perhaps the lock on the door of the first room which is really very hard. As soon as we arrived it was full of flies, like the whole area, but as soon as the daylight began to fade they all disappeared. The transport to the mountain went well, on time. When we returned (around 9) he showed us scrambled eggs, two packaged sweets and hot tea: these weren't the usual breakfasts we've found in other places, but they didn't disappoint anyway. The boy was always available for us, we can never thank him enough!

Rare do I give a negative review...but this was the worst place out of the 13 places we stayed on our last holiday in Bali. The supposed "hot tub" was the main reason we chose this place. We got in when it was one third full and the water started to run cold...we had to get out and try to get warmed up with a shower....and no hot water either (we later learned that the plumbing was reversed...which they could have told us at the beginning!)I had to use the staff washroom when we arrived....and it wasn't a pretty sight...see picture. We wanted some more drinking water but the teenager in charge was absent....so I ventured into the kitchen and got shocked: the mess was unbelievable... dirty dishes everywhere, even on the floor! See picture. This made us choose to refuse the breakfast in order to avoid food poisoning. Also there was no available drinking water to be found in the kitchen...We tried the hot tub again in the morning since the teenager in charge told us he fixed the problem....it took 3 hours to fill up and it was cold water again...too cold to even get in.The tub also has cracks which makes it unhygienic .Talking about Hygiene, the bathroom sink was very dirty... several layers of dried soap at the bottom (see picture); and the tap was rusty! The location makes it difficult to reach: the taxi drivers all wanted to double the fare to take us there. We were woken up at 4am by the engine roar of dozen of jeeps taking tourists to the sunrise...and we were woken up again before 8 am by the teenager bringing the unwanted breakfast! The lid of the water kettle was broken and it would switch off by itself.Very disappointed indeed...Previous comments said the owner was helpful...so I hope he will come back to fix all the problems. On a positive note, the toilet bowl was very clean.

Very disappointed because my booking was canceled on the grounds that a booking had already been received from the application even though the payment had already been made. The villa should be able to provide better solutions, my suggestion is that if there is another double booking case, the villa can help by finding and reserving elsewhere, as a form of responsibility

At first I was hesitant because the location was a bit far into the interior, but when I got there, the villa location was "just right there... very private, the staff was nice and provided extra breakfast for the children." The jacuzi is also pretty goodThank you

stayed 2 nights here. The first impression after arriving was that the room was comfortable, clean, the staff were friendly and the service was ok. but there are several minuses, namely: room door no. 1 is quite difficult to open and close, the pool area is a bit open and takes quite a long time to fill the pool water. overall 4/5🌟
