The best place and beautifull view, staff was friendly, proactive and helpful, room was clean especially sheet and bed, very worth it with affordable price, Recommended place, definitely will back again, thank youuu Segara Camp ……..❤️❤️❤️

Owner is completely dishonest. Rooms are advertised with hot tubs. Our room didn't have one as the hadn't finished building it yet and the other rooms all had hot tubs that weren't connected or working. Rooms overlook a car park with a huge pile of rubbish. Tent zip was broken. Staff are amateur and stayed up playing music, shouting and talking loudly until 1am while paying guests were trying to sleep. Bins were full of rubbish with flies. Toilets weren't clean. Has loads of potential if ran properly.

I was really disappointed... I was accused of being accused of carrying a teaspoon, so much so that I was ordered to search the car I was carrying. At the start of the night, SDH was disappointed in the kitchen. We ordered the BBQ package from 6 o'clock. It was only delivered at 9 o'clock. In fact, the last one ordered came first. Next Please check again before accusing the guest. The staff at Isi forced me to change it again!! So I booked a quick room at a price of 790 thousand. I wanted to help with a teaspoon... Logically, luckily the manager was kind and asked for forgiveness.

The room is nice and comfortable, only 1 hanger is provided in the room, when we asked for an additional hanger they said it couldn't be done because it was only the one that had been set up. maybe because we didn't pay a service charge so the service was normal. This is the second time I have come, the view is good. Maybe what needs to be improved is the service, thank you.

Next time, if you're renovating, don't rent it out, poor guests. When the condition was like at the bedside, he asked the staff to fix it later when the handyman had finished his work? Eh, he said it's not like that 🥲 we came to chill, right, this ended up being a bad mood. In the end, I didn't stay here, I just left it alone, so I moved to another place that was more suitable. I also can't upgrade another room. Anyway, it makes me really bad in a bad mood here 😒

Booked the most expensive room, unfortunately it's not child friendly, aka it's dangerous to walk to the roomI want to exchange for a cheaper room, the funny thing is that it is more child friendly and the view is good because there is a small gardenThe room description image is less detailedThe bathroom design means aesthetic but scary, the front view of the room is dirty and there is a project right behind the room, very poor for the priceAt least the staff is friendly, the sunrise tour is cool and the guide is top notchFlies are decent during the day onlyThe road to the camp is quite easy to findHot water is not sulfur water, aka ordinary hot waterThe restaurant food prices are quite pocket friendly, the taste is normal, the service is goodRecommended?
