One of our fondest memories of Bali here!The room is very beautiful, spacious with a superb view.The hotel is ideally located for climbing Mount BaturThe family was very pleasant, smiling and kind!They organized the ascent of Mount Batur with breakfast before leaving and upon arrival at the top.Special mention to Mang who was perfect as a guideSee you soon

We got a large, clean, tidy, brightly-lit room with beautiful views of the mountains and the Batur lake. The bed was large and comfy, with soft pillows and thick blanket. It was very quiet at night and the room is quite sound-proof - with the exception of one night when the local dogs barked for a while. The bathroom was spacious and the hot water ran consistently. We got complimentary water every day and there was a kettle inside with free coffee and tea.Service was great with a few feedbacks from our side. Bli Nyoman was very polite and responsive on Whatsapp, but he wasn't always present at the venue, and there was some miscommunication between him and the waiting staff. It wasn't anything extremely troubling, though. We always got our breakfasts and drinks delivered to our room, and the staff - albeit kind of shy - was always kind enough to help us light up the fire pit.A few other things to consider for fellow travellers:1. Those who aren't familiar with Kintamani, be warned that there are lots of flies at noon, and this is quite normal.2. The road to the Villa was also rather extreme: car drivers would find the road rocky and narrow, while motorbike riders have to be careful on several points whereby the road goes on a high incline. It's also dark at night and far from the main road.Overall, it was a pleasant and beautiful stay in Batur Exotic Villa, and we loved the experience despite the location! Thank you Bli Nyoman & staff.

Every element of this stay was a 5 star experience. The rooms are huge- high ceilings, beautifully designed, large windows- and have a beautiful view of the lake. The room has a large vanity with a huge mirror, and even comes with a hair dryer. The room is the perfect temperature at night, and also comes equipped with a high quality air conditioner. The bed is massive and has a luxurious memory foam mattress. The bathroom is beautifully designed. The shower water turns hot immediately. Even the soap smells fancy! But maybe the best part of this stay was how quiet it is- this was the best night of sleep I got in Bali. It was so quiet that I didn’t need ear plugs! Komang was our guide for hiking up Batur (as well as the chef and the cleaning staff) and he did an excellent job.I would note that the road leading to this place is tricky to navigate and the spot is also a little hard to find. I would not recommend trying to drive here at night or in the rain. But other than that, I would highly recommend Batur Exotic!

I would like to express my gratitude to the owner of the villa for his pleasant hospitality, he helped us organize our climb up the mountain, the guide was a very nice guy. Good Wi-Fi, spacious room, and wonderful views from the villa. The place is ideal for those who want to hike the volcano, because... you don't have to get up too early to catch the sunrise 🌅 We came here for this purpose. P.S. The only thing is the annoying flies on the territory, because... There are farms nearby, but this is the norm for this area. However, the owner will help remove them from the room. Thank you 🙏

Will gladly come back. The rooms are clean and spacious with a nice view. The staff organized a guide for the batur hike and was very helpful. The location is perfect since we could walk straight from the hotel to the batur. Thank you!

Batur Exotic is a MUST stay! 100/10 stars! My boyfriend and I stayed here the other night for his birthday and the place is stunning! Extremely clean, large vanity, large comfortable bed, and beautiful bathroom (the best one I’ve had in all of Bali). The villa is private and you have both the water and Mount Batur views.. Our guide (Komang) and his cousin Putu were the best best people we have met in all of Bali. Komang spoiled my boyfriend and I for his birthday Mount Batur hike with banana pancake breakfast, a ride up half the mountain, and great food!! Komang and Putu made our stay a 100/10. They work hard and are amazing people I can’t say that enough!! We are still in contact with them and plan to stay again!The owner is also very sweet and chatted with us the night we stayed and also wished my boyfriend a happy birthday the next morning. Please stay at Batur Exotic Villa :)

Very nice and helpful hosts. Top new, well-kept and clean little villas with a great view and breakfast on the terrace. Perfect starting point for a hike up Mt. Batur for sunrise. Thanks especially for the breakfast at 3.30 at night and the help in organizing a taxi to leave.

We loved our stay here! You can start climbing mount Batur right from your bedroom :) Keep in mind that the road up to the guesthouse is pretty bad and might be difficult for a new driver.

I was traveling alone and came across Guru Nyoman’s Exotic Villa. I was heartily welcomed had a beautiful room and view. The food and service was fantastic. If I needed anything I was assisted immediately. The villa is close to mount batur meaning we could start our hike right from the villa. I had a great guide. All in all, I would definitely come back.Thank you for the amazing experience.

Super nice host with a prefect location to do the morning hike. You can directly start from the hotel. The host organized everything perfectly with a very nice guide who showed us everything also beside the touristic stuff. Very good price for what you get and very reliable. You get what you paid for in a super nice way. Host is totally helpful and can organize whatever you need for a good price. Rooms are new and very clean. I can totally recommend this accommodation and would do it again. Thanks a lot to the whole Exotic Batur Team for a wonderful experience at mount Batur and all your flexibility.

Very quiet nice place. Quietly located at the edge of the village so we could start hiking to the volcano straight from our room.Beautiful view to the lake and to Mount Batur.Comfortable spacy rooms. Very clean also bed and bathroom.Very nice, friendly, and caring owner! Helping organizing taxi, renting scooter, vulcano hiking. Before the sunrise hiking he even made breakfast at 3:30 in the morning and started the fireplace at night.Very quick laundry service. And clothing was really clean the first time in Bali. (We were trying at least 4 other places before.)Staying at Batur Exotic we enjoyed so much that we stayed for two more nights.Good wifi.You feel that they really wont to help and not just make business.
