Great service, the employees were very nice. Unfortunately the access road is not the best... The flies are also very busy there, unfortunately it is not possible to lie quietly by the pool. Rooms were clean and nice.

Very nice place, relaxing and bright. The place is clearly heavenly and sufficient for one night. I warmly thank Putu who took great care of us during our night. He was incredibly kind. The meal was also very good and not expensive. Small downside for the nauseating smell in the bathroom.

Beautiful view of the lake and pleasant swimming pool.Simple but comfortable accommodation.Well located for hiking to the volcano, a good hour's climbFar from the lake but the surroundings of the lake are difficult and dirty.Hot spring baths 15 min walk

Amazing view of Lake Batur and Mt. Abang. The staff were kind, helpful, and accommodating. We forgot to bring toothbrushes so we asked if they provide some. They said they did not, but a couple of minutes later they brought a pair for us. On our check out day, we realized that we left a very important jewelry in the room only when we reached Denpasar. So we asked the owner and it turned out they kept it for us even though they didn't inform us. The owner then willingly brought it to Sanur when he was coming to the city a couple of days later. We cannot thank you enough for your help πππππ.

Far too many flies so you can't relax by the pool. Not suitable for several days, but suitable for one overnight stay if you are going to climb Mount Batur! Good service and friendly staff, fantastic view. Unfortunately, a slightly inferior experience due to the many flies.

This is by far the best place to stay anywhere in the world!What a stay we had here. The villas, the view, swimming pool, everything just mesmerizing.DONT BELIEVE SOME OF THE REVIEWS about the way to reach here. It's uphill of around 1.5kms from the main road, but that's how you get the view of hills and the Batur lake. The road is a little bumpy in a small stretch but otherwise drivable. The only problem you would face is almost a vertical slope leading upto the hotel. That's really steep. But you won't necessarily need a 4WD per se. A good car with a fairly better engine will do the trick. Our old Kia Rio was stuck just 5m from the hotel. Any good SUV wont know a thingA special mention about the staff here. They are the real heroes. They will give you a WhatsApp and you can get anything with a simple "Hi". They will spot on the pool and offer you free coffee and tea. They will spot you walking out of the hotel and offer you a drop. Just gratitude for such good people.Another good thing about this place is that Batur Natural Hot Spring and Toya Devayasa are just outside your descent.Also, there's a sweet cat which stays around the resort. Try and feed him some snacks, she is really friendly.Will surely return.
