The facilities are complete, you don't need air conditioning because it's already cold, in front of Lake Batur, you can see the sunset, it's really good.

A truly incredible place...Hidden on the edge of the lake...really beautiful and panoramic rooms...three swimming pools...view of the mountains...in short a few flies...restaurant service only in the rooms which makes you feel at home...we have had the chance in addition to being alone during the first days...a.paradise

If you are looking for a place with a great view then this place is great. However the hotel does not have a restaurant or a bar and is not at all social. Breakfast is ordered the day before and delivered to your room. I was informed this is because of the flies. I ordered room service dinner one evening. I'm not sure which part of the chicken I was eating as there was hardly any meat on it and it was all bones I'm not a fussy eater and this quite frankly put me off my food. I wanted to hire a bike and they were also not very helpful, which resorted in me going and seeking my own from outside. My room did not look clean and there was no amenities left in my room. I had to ask for them to bring the basics like toilet paper and had to result to use the shampoo as a hand soap as that also wasn't provided. Honestly if you don't have too many demands and you just want a great view then this is a lovely place but don't expect anything more than a 2/3 star "Hotel".
