Very clean, aircon works perfectly, nice newer beds, close to restaurants. The staff will make you feel like family. We spent 14 days here. Great food at indian restaurant. Big parking lot. Good water pressure.

There are two restaurants near the hotel where you can have a dinner like we did when we arrived in the evening. The hotel looks so nice and clean even though it is located in the jungle, they also serve breakfast for free.

Room is fine and clean! At the beginning there were “scent balls” everywhere in the room, which had an extremely unpleasant chemical smell. We disposed of these immediately and the smell was good. Nevertheless, animals walk across the roof, which sometimes seems very strange. For breakfast you can choose between banana pancakes and scrambled eggs. The former really doesn't taste good. The employee does her best, but unfortunately the food is still not recommended. The noise of the street in the morning definitely wakes you up.

At first glance everything looks fine. I would recommend arranging transportation because from the port it is quite a climb with all your luggage and the roads on Nusa Penida are extremely narrow, even compared to those in Bali.Reception was very quick and fine, room was clean and equipped with everything that was promised. We were asked what we wanted for breakfast and at what time, this was then neatly arranged every morning by the same employee who I believe works 16 hour days.We had room 4, all the way on the far side of the road. Yet the scooters could be heard clearly from bed every day. Not to mention the roosters that walk everywhere and crow the entire neighborhood well before sunrise to disturb your night's sleep. Worst of all, there were birds or rodents walking on the ceiling and also defecating, causing black droppings to fall onto one of the beds every now and then. The girl who cleaned everything and made breakfast couldn't change much about this, but I hope something will be done before the next guests have to sleep below.

I find it difficult to write an honest review because they really do their best to make something of it. This hotel is ideal for people who sleep deeply. I don't recommend this hotel to people who sleep a little lighter. Every morning (we stayed here 4 nights) a dog started barking around 4 am. This took about half an hour. Then at 4:30 am the roosters woke up. The roosters then crowed incessantly until they went back to sleep (around 6:30 PM). You are on a main road of Nusa Penida (there is only 1 main road), which means that around 6.30 am the traffic gets moving and the scooters open their throttle completely to get up the mountain... All in all: very suitable for deep sleepers. Not for light sleepers.Then the rooms. In house 4, a little bird droppings fell on my bed twice a day. A bird had built a nest in the thatched roof and it came through the reeds....The first day we had hot water. Then we ran out of hot water and had to shower under cold water...Don't expect too much for breakfast: you can choose from banana pancakes or scrambled eggs. Both cold regardless of the fact that they know what time you will be there for breakfast.The girl who works there tries very hard and really thinks along with you, which means the service is really top notch.
