It is not recommended to stay at this inn. The door was broken, I wanted to check out everything was inside. had to wait for hours until the locksmith came, after that there was no compensation at all. Basically, be careful when staying there. poor service, no manners

Nice comfortable room, cold ACThe reception staff is very unfriendly! Several times in WA chat I asked for a room and the answer was that there wasn't one after I came straight away! Especially the male staff!

Clean the room only in the morning when the bathroom turns on the water it smells like sewage... hopefully the comfort will be upgraded...

Location okay. Spacious car park, smart TV with YouTubeMinus: the first time you enter, the bathroom smells of urine. The room is very minimalist, there are no chairs, mirrors and night lights. Mirror only in bathroom. In the afternoon, the water tends to get stuck and sometimes all the water taps are really hot. There are no cutlery that can be borrowed. There is no mineral water and water heater in the room. The receptionist is also a guard, so is not friendly and responsive. The room is not airtight at all, the window only faces the hallway, not suitable for claustrophobia. Superior rate 295, a bit expensive compared to other guest houses with better facilities.

When you enter the room it looks clean, neat and smells good... And all the facilities are functioning and well maintained. Located in the middle of the city with close access to everywhere.1 thing that is a little disturbing may be because the room is at the end and there is a window open to a residential area so that sounds can be heard which can be disturbing for guests who want to rest

Rooms are clean, fragrant.Minimalist type.Spacious toilet.Facilities okay.Staff okay.Can check in early without charge.The minus is, it's not soundproof enough, if you play music in the room you can hear it in the hallway hahaha

One of the Guest Houses in the middle of Balikpapan city, access everywhere is very easy. Ample parking in the basement, fast check-in process (but sometimes there isn't one at the reception).Spacious rooms, get room number 121 (superior double), cold AC, smart TV with Netflix account that can be used, spacious bathroom.Improvement suggestions for rooms:Bed sheets and pillowcases/bolsters should be washed clean every time a guest checks out, because the sheets and pillowcases will be yellowish and have stains.It is necessary to provide a towel hanger outside because the room is spacious but the available space is not used properlyChairs need to be provided, because there is a table under the TV, but no chairsA pleasant experience staying at Golden Nest Guest House, staying at an affordable price with quality like a star hotel

The bed is clean and big and the most important thing is that it has a bolster...kids like to sleep in places that have a bolster. In the middle of the city, close to entertainment facilities, there is a spa open at 11 am... just a nice place...

The location is on the side of the road, in the same building as the reflection area.The receptionist is friendly, but the response on WA is slow.The room is quite clean, neat, organized. There is a smart TV so you can watch/watch YouTube. There is hot water for showering in superior and deluxe rooms.Only the pillowcases and blankets are a bit yellow. Get amenities such as towels, soap, toothbrush and others. There is a minimalist open cupboard with 2 hangers.Unfortunately, the bathroom exhaust is noisy and the switch for the AC is in the same bathroom. So if the bathroom switch is turned off, the AC will also turn off.The price is friendly with the facilities offered π

The room is nice π use a smart TV so you can watch YouTube as much as you like. The service is friendly..The only downside is that the sound in the hallway can be heard from inside.And also input for the guest house to prepare mukenah or prayer mats. Thank YouGood luck for the future. Next time, if you go to Balikpapan, definitely stay here.
