This place "looks" beautiful, quiet, lush and will be perfect for 1 month working remote there, however we can't make it as our 1 month booking is CANCELLED IN LAST MINUTE even have paid 50%!!!Our booking has been finalized 2 months ago before the day and cancelled in last minute because there's another customer who in the beginning reserved in 1 month after us which wanted to move their stay in our month. If the management don't approve their request, the customer will ask the whole down payment and cancel their booking (which longer than us). The management is NOT PROFESSIONAL, really DISSAPPOINTED as they might cancel in last minute once they find other customer who want pay higher even you have paid 50% for down payment in 2 months before!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE !!! NOT PROFESSIONAL !!! CANCEL OUR BOOKING A WEEK BEFORE DESPITE WE HAVE PAID 50% !!!We have booked since March for a month-stay in May 2024 and have even paid 50% of the rent. A week before our stay, he (Indra) cancelled our reservation just because there's another customer who in the beginning reserved in June 2024 and wanted to move their stay in May 2024. He (Indra) and his management decided to cancel our bookings in May !!! He tried to propose us other stay (NOT IN OUR EXPECTATION of course) however with his way of business, we'll never trust him anymore !!!So be careful of their strategy proposing interesting price and then they could cancel once they find other customer who want pay higher !!!

We are disappointed with our stay.We agree that the homestay is well located close to the beach and shops/restaurants.But the price/service/quality ratio is not good:1. Soundproofing and insulation problems- The false ceiling is phonetically connected to the room next door, you hear the neighbor talking, coughing, watching television.- Room next to the expressway and next to a hangar, since the bathroom door is not airtight, you are woken up at night by the engines and conversations in the hangar.- Room next to the sanitary pump in constant movement day and night. You have to sleep with earplugs.- Insects enter the room, including cockroaches.2. Service problem- Not cleaned twice a week as promised- Water bottle always empty (only 1 bottle for 8 rooms) being thirsty in the middle of the night is not pleasant, so you have to go buy water at 11 p.m. after a long day.- Very poor cleanliness upon our arrival, request for a second cleaning.- We got 2 rolls of toilet paper in 1 month.- Dirty and dilapidated shared kitchen, dirty fridge.- Aged place and need for refreshment- Safe not functional despite restart.Conclusion :- Bad value for money- Acceptable for a short stay, but we do not recommend long stays here (1 month+)- Good communication via Whatsapp- Very cute cat
