The washroom was not clean at all when we checked - IN. The bedsheet was not clean.When we came back to the hotel we saw our luggages were kept outside without informing us. The lady shouted like anything because we were stuck in the traffic so got few mins late for check out. There was not a single customer waiting for check-In. Have only two options for breakfast ( pancakes and bread - omelette), no lunch, no dinner facilities. Do not have any reception calling system. No staff boy to take luggages upstairs. The place is not hygienic at all. I strongly recommend " Not to choose this hotel for stay".The lady is very rude.They have thrown our luggages outside without informing us. We had a lot of things inside the room and the lady was not even allowing us to check it.

There are no insects and smell inside the rooms which was an important criterion for me. Rooftop pool is amazing! The only downside is that there are dogs in the neighbourhood making it dangerous to walk to the hotel in the evenings. Apart from that this place is strongly recommended for accommodation in Ubud

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was amazing and very clean. The owner and staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool is beautiful and very relaxing. Highly recommend.

Super nice little guesthouse, with a clean room and a great view. Despite the relatively central location, very quiet. Ubud is within walking distance, but it takes about 20 minutes to get to the shops and restaurants. In the evening we were able to walk home relaxed. Price performance top
