Great location but really that’s all I can say that was good about this hotel.Rough and tired interior, slow slow slow check in wait time up to 20 minutes. Then told to hand over credit card to insure any damages for 1000THB - threatened about being fined if any damages caused. Staff very passive aggressive when I explained I wasn’t happy about giving my card details for 2-3 weeks.Rooms very tired, 2 x plug sockets not working and shower seemed to only have one setting. I had to video everything ‘damaged’ just to cover my back.Another sign in the room threatening with fines for damage caused with an entire list of the cost for every item in the room. And a sign about another fine of 3000thb for not being clean.It made the entire stay very uncomfortable particularly with them having my card details on file for 2-3 weeks. It almost seems inevitable that you will be charged some sort of fine, particularly with the rooms in such a tired state.Finally the Wi-Fi is good but it signs you out within minutes of not using it and you have to re log in with the sign in details every time.For this price range I recommend a different hotel in Sukhumvit Soi 11.

There should be improvements in check-in as well. Been many times and never improved. Before I could check in, I had to stand and wait for a long time, standing in line for half an hour before reaching the employee and getting the details. It took 1 hour to print the room deposit receipt for what? Told to check in after 2 p.m. to get the room and get the key, wait another 2 hours. Is that too much? Should be improved a lot. Why can't check-in be this slow? Your employee informed me that other hotels are like this. I told him I didn't know how to call the school and no one answered. I called 10 times and no one answered. There is only an automatic system that makes you wait and wait. Even if there are a lot of customers, other schools don't take this long.

The Property is very well located in the Sukhumvit Area.How ever thats very all the advantages of staying in this hotel ends.The Check In Experience was a nightmare. We were a group of 10 Rooms and the Check In took us nearly 2 hours. The Reception had 5/6 counters out of which only 3 were manned, reason given under staffed.Considering the number of Rooms in the Hotel they need to get their act together by increasing the check in counters as the peak checkin time is 2.00 pm onwards.The Rooms in the Square wing which were alloted to us were very outdated and need urgent refurbishment.House Keeping Staff very rude, I had gone for an early breakfast and whilst having breakfast they cleaned my room as I still needed to shower after my breakfast. Upon doing so I requested the housekeeping staff to clean my room again, to which she replied that we clean the room only one time in a day.Thailand Is a country of very high standards of guest hospitality but this hotel is of a different category in the Capital of Thailand, that needs a lot to be desired.

1-First time I stay I the hotel was almost 15 years ago, last wee, was my 4th time.2- the location is excellent, very close to BTS and plenty of Middle Eastern restaurants. The staff is friendly, the Loby is reasonable and generally it is a good value for money. Yet there are 2 issue which require the management's attention:A- Checking in is slow and need improvement. Several times I noticed numerous people waiting to be served and only one staff member available,while other staff are busy in the back room.Last time when I checked out on my was to airport,there was a long line of customers waiting to be served,this is extremely inconvenient and can be improved with better co- ordination.B- When I went to my room the safe wasn't working, and the time before that the TV was not working .On both occasion Staff fixed the issue promptly and competently.But this indicate that the facilities in rooms are not thoroughly checked before a new guest arrived.Generally it is a good hotel and iam happy to go there again on my next visit.

2 times already with this hotel, not impressed at all Not all women work like that, no matter how they dress. And here we go to many places that many stars have never seen and charge an additional entrance fee. Then when I came to take the card back, the employee said, I don't know if it was a joke or not, but my name shouldn't be like a boxing camp, and then he said something like that last night I was boxing upstairs. Is this something I shouldn't say? What is your duty?!!! I really don't know, but if it's a problem, you should inform me first when booking!!!!

Previously used this hotel, and went to book it again. However, made a reservation with incorrect date, tried to change it/ cancel it within minutes of booking (confirmation email showed wrong date), they would not allow a change or cancel and kept the full charge of the room. luckily, it was for one night, while I was attempting to book for 5 nights.

The hotel in general is good. The rooms (I stayed in sky wing) are extremely clean and tidy. I did not experience any noise at all in the room. The staff will help as much as they can. The breakfast had everything. Check in took a bit too long but there was plenty of people so I do not blame the staff. The location is spectacular, only 2 minutes walk to the sky train. There is a 7-11 nearby and plenty of fast food chains 100m away from the hotel door.Only downside and it is not the hotel fault, there were plenty of Indians with bad manners and not respectful.I will return to this hotel if I ever back to Bangkok and want a budget hotel.

Back in the days Ambassador probably was great hotel, 5 star for sure. Its big enough, have everything what is needed ... service is superb,crew is 5* ... only two problems Time got its way little but on everyrhing ... but they have cool price so its affordable ... next problen for me was location ... which is quesrionable ... its very close to BTS,taxi everywhere ... bars ,laundrys , massage ... all ... but i was with kid and Nana is crazy "Mordor location" we saw Sauron few Times walking bye ... night bars, night life ... sex toys everywhere ... loud music ... drunk and people under influence of drugs ... so if Yku are coming for party its TOP if You came for other things ... stay away

This is big property , located in main tourist hub of Sukumvit. |Clean rooms, good service as per price . The breakfast was lavish , and specially stewards were very helpful . |Will visit again , highly recommended . ||Staying in this hotel will make ease to Metro too .
