The best thing that can happen to you. Location in the middle of the jungle with motorcycles (you can book it), guest house is fantastic in the jungle with a terrace overlooking the trees where the monkeys are playing. Rooms are simple, clean. Restaurant super delicious food at a spot price. Every wish is fulfilled, every question is answered and you are asked if something is missing, how to do it and you are called if there is something exciting to see, e.g. Thomas leaf monkeys.Definitely do the trekking tour. It's really hard because of the heat, but spending the night in the jungle in the simplest way right by the river with wonderful people is incredible. Thanks to the guides, we persevered without their singing, timely breaks, help and motivation canceled.For people who want to experience nature and can do without any luxury such as WiFi and air conditioning, this is the right place. Nothing is really missing.

We had a very good stay with Ida, Adi's sister, who organized our entire stay here in Bukit Lawang.Airport transfer, jungle trek and room.It was perfect!The room is spacious and comfortable. Ida is a warm host.We 100% recommend this family agency which, in addition to organizing great treks in the jungle, with a night in a cabin far from the other camps (very quiet), gives free English lessons every day to village children.Thank you all

Adi is the best host ever and the stay at his Guesthouse was fantastic. I highly recommend!! Adi is also incredibly knowledgable about the local area, and was able to share plenty of information with us - especially about local wildlife. He is passionate about Sustainability and does what he can to protect and preserve Bukit Lawang. Thank you Adi! I hope to be back to visit one day : ))

We had the best trip with Adi and a beautiful stay in his guesthouse. The rooms are spacious and clean and the service great. We were picked-up from the airport and brought back as well. The trip itself was great, Adi has a lot of knowledge and is a responsible guide. The night in the jungle was such an adventure and all the animals we have seen a true blessing.

We have just left Bukit Lawuan and you leave wanting to return to this special place. The exceptional treatment provided by the hotel staff undoubtedly contributes to this. Highly Recommendedwe booked the tour with Adi and stayed in his place. very cozy and quiet place ,( Bukit Lawang - Guesthouse)its fit for backpackers and for families as well.Adi's sister (Ita) cooked great food for usThere are lots of local children in the neighborhood for playing and we have a sport field next to our house for playing badminton. The locals are always happy to have new players for a little competition and have a drink together afterwards. i had such a great time stayed over night at Bukit lawang - GusthouseLocated in Gotong-royong a little village next to Bukit Lawang. The walking distance is 15 minutes, by motorbike only 5 minutes.Gotong Royong is a quiet place and there hardly any other tourists. So if you want to get to know the indonesian culture, learn how to cook indonesian food and speak bahasa indonesia, then a homestay in Gotong Royong is the best choice for you.Our place fits for backpackers and for families as well. There are lots of local children in the neighborhood for playing and we have a sport field next to our house for playing badminton. The locals are always happy to have new players for a little competition and have a drink together afterwards. There are also some competitions for children in the afternoon.
