The hotel was strange, the water taps weren't fixed, people checking out the rooms weren't cleaned, they had to be told to do it first before they wanted to clean it.

Apart from that, we don't provide online bookings through any application, even if there is an online application, it's all FRAUD!!!!!!!!! So this chaos started with other people registering this hotel with Agoda, booking.com etc. even though the owner never registered for the online reservation.The owner has taken care of the online reservation but it is not ignored, so the person who registers gets the benefit from the person who books this hotel because like Agoda it will definitely transfer to this person,So, if you want to book this hotel, just call directly on the phone menu or you can call the owner directly, call 0852-2222-7699, poor business people, there are really those who want to cheat and are called fraudsters, the owner is very friendly, you won't regret the opportunity to come here with Affordable budget, but if you want luxury hotel quality, don't stay here

NEVER COME HERE! very disappointing! My family and I arrived at Pangandaran in the evening (previously we had booked a hotel via the Agoda application), and the owners were not accepted because there was no email received to the admin (the owner's mother). What annoyed me was the explanation from the father and the owner's parents, which in my opinion didn't need to be explained to the guests because it was their internal problem. The father gave us a solution if we wanted to stay, just pay again (manual booking), but they couldn't promise that the money that had been transferred to Agoda would be returned to us. It's better to look for another accommodation I swear!
