We stayed at Samuh hote from 5-7th oct 2024. here's the review, good points are very less, so starting with thatProsGood view from balconyFriendly staffConsVery small roomLot of design flaws, no lock in bathroom and balcony.Main door was difficult to close or openHorrible stairs, if elders or people with knee or leg issues are there this is a total waste of choice. There are no lifts. Attached pic for reference.No phone in room, no calling bellFood was ok but very slow serviceRoad to hotel is badVery highly priced with not so great qualityOverall would not suggest this place except balcony view nothing was actually appealing

We have visited this hotel for twice now! Nice rooms and cool aircon with a beautiful view. Friendly and helpful staff.The only draw back is the wifi not so good, and if your are driving scooter. The road to get to the hotel is very rocky and steep with lots of holes, so you need to be careful.Other than that would definetly stay again!

The road to get there is very difficult, but getting there is greatThe room is large, clean, the sea view from the bed is greatHas a great yardThe toilet is super huge, the minus point is the lack of an exhaust fanThe staff is very enthusiastic, friendly, cuteI don't order breakfast here because for me, food in Bali is both salty and sour :)))))))))))

I see the rating of this place and I understand that this is not at all true, apparently they did renovations here a year ago, I was here a week ago and I want to tell you about my experience. Obviously, due to the rating, the price for a room in this hotel is slightly lower than in similar hotels, which can be a plus for those who want to relax in a beautiful place and pay less. This is great place, the road to it is not very good, this is perhaps the only negative, but when you enter the room and see the view, I swear to God, you immediately forget about the inconvenient road! 🥰 The host is very responsive and professional, the room is clean and as comfortable as possible, they clean it very unobtrusively every day, as if someone does it by magic as soon as you leave to enjoy the nature of the island. Free coffee and water are renewed every day, which is a very nice bonus. waking up and seeing the expanse of the ocean and the spacious sky outside the window as if you were in paradise is simply wonderful. We travel a lot, but this is the first time we have seen such charged and positive hotel workers! These people simply infect with positivity, very cheerful and happy people! It was my birthday and the staff prepared a surprise in the evening when my wife and I returned to our room! We were very embarrassed that we ran out of all the cash on the last day and did not leave a tip, this is the case when we really wanted to do this with all our hearts. I hope we will meet again and thank you! In general, if you want a trip in which everything goes smoothly and perfectly, then this place is perfect.

Don't be fooled by the pictures on accommodation booking apps.I don't want to give even one star.It was so disgusting that I could barely sleep with the mask on, but I couldn't sleep at all because of the mold smell all night.The building itself was poorly constructed, so the rooms are covered in mold.The management is terrible, the staff are lazy and slow, and the accommodation conditions are the worst. Never go there.And you can't get to the sea anyway.

Old Hotel. With an old gate that is difficult to open and close. I booked a deluxe room But I was given a superior room, they said that the room you booked is fullI asked how is it possible when I paid for it 3 days ago، They said that the application has a problem.It will not give you the summary of the room it chooses if it is full👉But it really has a very beautiful and excellent view

Price/quality is super, wonderful room, excellent view, friendly staff. BUT you won't be able to sleep here. At 8:30 the music starts, the furniture in the upstairs restaurant rattles, and construction begins.

good view, you can see the sunset, sea and Nusa Ceningan/Lebongan Island, clean rooms, friendly prices, only the entrance to the hotel is very small to enter a car, you can rent a motorbike to go, it's not that far to get to the beach

There is only one plus point, the view is really good, the road access is bad when entering the interior. The room was a bit smelly, there was no soap or shampoo, there was only a toothbrush, but there was a hairdryer. Then I can't use the TV, nor can I use the WiFi, I don't know, just stay here and look for a view. The pool is dirty, so you can't use it for swimming, but the staff is friendly, nice. In the room there is a refrigerator too
