We had an excellent stay, attentive staff, very helpful and extremely kind...Balinese room layout, truly exotic...The park with the swimming pool, a little corner of paradise...Thank you very much, it was nothing but happiness ❤️

Nice quiet hotel. There is no air conditioning in all rooms. We had a room with fans but it didn't bother us.Very nice swimming pool, very quiet place. There was only one couple of tourists so we were able to rest. It's true that the water in the shower is sometimes unpredictable but we were still able to take our showers without too much problem.The three employees (a young girl, a young man and a lady) were very attentive. Their work was perfect!There is no restaurant on site but there are restaurants 200m away, that's no problem.We recommend this hotel for all these elements.On the other hand, we were extremely shocked by the rudeness and aggressiveness of the owner.He only arrived on our last day, at no time did he say hello to us despite being within walking distance of us on numerous occasions, he simply ignores the customer.What shocked us the most was that during our last breakfast (relatively small room so you could hear everything) he settled scores with two of the employees in front of us for many minutes, shouting loudly. We felt humiliated for these young women. It felt like a bad film about the colonial era!In addition, it is relatively challenging to make such loud remarks during customers' breakfast in their presence too! This is definitely not the calm atmosphere guests are looking for.This is the only reason we didn't give it 5 stars.Hoping that this remark will be taken into consideration for the future.

The Sunia Loka resort is absolutely magnificent. Everything is beautiful, clean, even better than in photos.The staff is very welcoming and attentive to make our stay a success.It is possible to order your meal and eat it on site without it costing you more.Everyone is always caring.The garden is incredibly beautiful, the frangipani trees perfume the air.It is an ideal place to relax, swim in a beautiful pool, dive at wonderful nearby sites, stroll and receive a pleasant Balinese massage.Honestly, don't miss this address.

Owner rude, disrespectful sometimes aggressive.Work, hammer blows, music at full volume from the team and the Owner from 8 a.m. right next to the bungalow.The cleaning in the room seems to be limited to making the bed.The shower is just a trickle of water, hot water available randomly

We spent 6 days with friends, a top hotel, typical with attentive staff, a breathtaking swimming pool ideal for doing laps because it is so large... thank you Paul for your warm welcome... Nothing to complain about !
