This is a really cool hotel for visiting Bromo.The room is clean, the hot water doesn't run out.I brought my children, they really liked the fried rice and omelet. All the food tastes of spices, not bland.Very suitable for staying and eating, then if you want to play, go to other hotel restaurants for photo hunting spots which are also close by.The crew here were all helpful, found a good Jeep, breakfast was okay.Climb to Bromo, travel 30 minutes.Our family and our family are very happy and satisfied staying here.

The place is very basic and loud you will hear everything. Our room was next to the reception and we could hear everything. All in all it's ok for one night and as a backpacker who needs a stay just to see the sunrise on Bromo.

I'm not comfortable, the bed linen is a bit dirty and a bit dusty, there's no table for putting bags and things, there's no electric kettle for making hot drinks, breakfast is minimal, there's no fruit on the menu (nasgor doesn't have any side dishes, just sunny side up eggs and fried noodles) at night in the family room which is good. I ordered a lot of strange disturbances to the point where I couldn't sleep. One of the mattresses was shaking near the TV. It had a mixed rancid smell like ulcers, only to be able to relax after coming home from Bromo in the afternoon. Hopefully the cleanliness and the breakfast menu can be improved🙏🏻

I don't like to give bad ratings but it's a useful hotel for the bare essentials: having a bed.The bathroom is unsanitary. There is noise and light in the room.The bath towels are moldy.We stayed here for a tour of the volcano organized by a guide.The breakfast is good however.

The receptionist, ladies, doesn't use a smile, but the ladies want to smile friendly...The first time I entered the room, I was happy with the atmosphere1. The TV won't turn on (or is it me who can't turn it on)2. The properties of the lamp don't seem to matter because it doesn't have a bulb, so what do you use it for?3. The water is not hot (it's really cold, where are you bringing 2 toddlers)4. The clothes hanger in the bathroom was broken (how do you hang the clothes, bro?)5. The first time you enter the front of the bathroom is muddy with water marks (as if someone had come in and came out but didn't put a doormat on it first)6. The bathroom door can't be closed completely (it can't be closed from the outside because it doesn't have a handle)7. And worst of all, the pillow has brownish fuzz and 'tayumen' (black spots/mold)huhuhu really sad..I actually wanted to complain in the morning but it turned out that checking in at 2pm and 6pm was already there...sorry, this is a personal assessment, not a judgment.. for the atmosphere, it's better to book the cottage because it faces directly and the view is comfortable..

Homestay that feels like grandma's house, the crew is friendly and warm and set up very quickly. Suitable for a family holiday or with a small group. Kid friendly!The location is right in the middle, so the journey from the city to the Homestay is relatively fast and the journey from the Homestay to Bromo is also relatively fast. The environment is calm, and not crowded with houses. So relieved and the view is very pleasant.The room facilities are relatively complete, the sheets are clean and smell good, and there is warm water to save the beach kids who are playing in the mountains 🙏😊 so you're not afraid to take a shower.The wifi is super fast! There is a TV in the room.The front view of the room (room on the 1st floor) is really suitable for relaxing while sipping a hot drink.You can order food at a relatively good price and tastes delicious!If there was a drinking water dispenser in the restaurant that had hot water or a water heater kettle in the room, maybe it would be very helpful for us to be able to self-service make warm drinks without having to ask and wait a long time to boil drinking water first 🙏Ah, I really want to go to Bromo again and stay at the Farmer's Palace again 😊

The location is on the side of the road with a nice view and serene in the afternoon, the atmosphere is calm. The rooms are clean, smart TV is provided, there are warm water facilities in the bathroom, extra cable extension is provided. The hotel employees are friendly and full of smiles, bro. The food is also delicious, recommended chicken soup. There is also a prayer room and mukenas and prayer mats are provided. Suitable for those who want to stay alone or those who bring their friends or family, because the rooms are big. Recommended IP

The room is quite clean and spacious, although the model is a bit old school, the view from the front of the room is okay, you can see the cool mountains, what is extraordinary is the service, I complained about something in less than 1 minute, the bro immediately knocked on the door to help, 4 thumbs up for his responsiveness . Good luck to the farmer's palace team, the input has been conveyed directly.

I'm traumatized when I stay here, our room is on the first floor at the front and the bathroom can be clearly seen if you look at it from the stairs going to the second floor, it can also be clearly seen if you look at it from the second floor... it's uncomfortable, poor wife, I want to take a shower and don't dare to pee either. I don't dare... because I've already tried going upstairs and it's clearly visible from the bathroom window... I think this is very fatal.

Unless you cannot find other homestay, I suggest you stay away from this one.It has very basic amenities. We stayed in two of the rooms upstairs, fortunately there was the house keeper who helped us carried the luggages upstairs through the staircase.The horrible part was the water. We arrived about 8 pm and there was no running water. We had to wait until the water pump worked and we had to fill the big plastic bucket in the bathroom. The shower could not be used because of no water pressure. So, we have to use the small pail to take the water from the bucket.The next morning was even worse. The water pump was broken. Fortunately, we had filled the big bucket the night before, but that means no hot water.The breakfast was ok, reasonable.

Disappointing to spend the night here, check in 12/23/2023 and check out 12/24/2023, in room number 2. Will never come back. The service was not good, first: the tissue ran out and wasn't replaced with a new one, and I asked the receiption to answer that it was out of stock and when I checked out it was still not available; second: I asked for help in finding a jeep service, the answer was that it was full and there was no help at all to find alternative solutions, the hotel should know more about the tourist environment here, at least provide information to anyone I can contact, in the end I looked for it myself and got the one I need the help of Mr. Mad and Mr. Dedy Purnomo.Thank you for responding to my review above, and for response No. 2 who deliberately limited the sale of the Jeep Brono Sunrise Trip to maintain the quality of service, in reality what was limited was service, there was no initiative to help hotel guests who had chosen the Istana Perempuan among many other options, we should have been able to help with useful information even if we couldn't provide the trip service.To response no. 3 which expects every guest to confirm in advance every holiday plan, etc. We understand this, but guest conditions can vary, plans can also change, of course by being aware of all the risks of not getting what they need, but in fact there is no concern from the hotel which we stopped at, we tried to find it ourselves and it turned out we could still find it. If the Farmer's Palace had the soul to serve its guests, there would definitely be help that could be provided, even if it was small and only in the form of useful information for the guests.Today, before checking out we arrived at the hotel before 11 o'clock and we intended to take a shower before checking out, it turned out to be disappointing that the water was no longer coming out, we told the receiption they said it was being repaired. In my opinion, hotel maintenance and existing facilities need better attention too, because some parts look poorly maintained.Thank you, hopefully it's useful.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional, still deeply impressed. It's clean, stylish and roomy with simple service. Always made us feel like we were at home.
