DO NOT BOOK THROUGH AGODAI had made a booking through Agoda for 2 nights.I arrived to the accommodation at 1230 to check my bags in early to find the desk was unattended. Eventually someone came and they had no idea I was even coming so I showed her my receipt and she stated that “sorry sir we don’t use this website for 3 years now”. So she showed me a room that was available for only one night. I declined and asked if I could please have a refund yo which she replied you will have to go through the website for this.

We booked our trip individually through Lmx. We also received all the vouchers for all the hotels, flights and ferries that we booked on our tour. When we reached the hotel, an extremely and unfriendly employee explained to us that they only accepted reservations or bookings from booking.com and Airbnb. She was no longer really available for any further explanations or efforts on our part, but instead listened to TikToks loudly while we tried to contact our travel agency. Visually, the accommodation made a good impression. I would still advise you to give them a wide berth, as there seem to be constant difficulties with bookings since the manager change and we lost a whole day. We finally booked another hotel and are now glad that we didn't stay at the Surasena Villa Ubud.

We made a pre-paid booking for this villa via the AirAsia Snap Deal with included flight tickets + accommodation. Upon arriving at the accommodation at 11.30pm we were told that there was no booking and that it was AirAsia's mistake as the villa had a change of management and were longer using AirAsia's services.In any event, it was 11.30pm and the owner of the villa was incredibly unhelpful. He was quite rude on the phone and basically told us nothing could be done. We were asked to pay for our stay that night and had to check out the next day as the villa was fully booked on some of the days of our whole trip (we had originally booked the villa for the entire duration of our 5 day holiday).Since we had to find new accommodation the next day we simply asked for a late check out so that we can get our affairs in order but our request was denied with no reason - there wasn't anyone else checking in that day either.Further in trying to resolve the issue with AirAsia post trip, we kept the manager of the villa in cc in our correspondence like he asked us to but to-date he has done nothing to help our case and even asked for ridiculous information to verify that we had made other hotel accommodations during our stay when he knew full well that we had this issue during our trip.The customer service in Bali is one of the most amazing services I've experienced abroad but this booking was NOT IT. As for the accommodation, the pool was nice but the room in itself was just okay,
