The house is quite big. There are 2 rooms, but in front of the TV there are still extra mattresses so if there are lots of them it's still comfortable. Other facilities: living room, dining table, kitchen, bathroom (as in photo), same car park, there is also a small garden in front of the houseThe location can be said to be in an alley, so even though it is near the main road, the atmosphere is calm. Quite close if you want to find food. Batu square is also close. The alley in front of Jatimpark 3 is just right so if you want to jog in the morning it's also easy to go straight thereFor example, if it's your first time coming here, come in the afternoon because the streets are quite quiet, so if it's too late you can get lost walking around the housing complex. For example, if you have to come at night, it's better to ask the security guard because he already understandsThe price is relatively cheap for a house of that sizeThe owner is also friendly and responsive, the person in charge (owner's sister) is also communicativeDisadvantages: when I got there the floor was dirty so I had to mop it myself, sweep it myself. The hot water also doesn't come on even though the switch is turned on. I've seen other reviews saying that I should have told the owner, but because it was already late, I was too lazy and wanted to take a shower and go to sleep

Thank God the place is comfortable, the main bedroom is large with 2 spring beds. there is an additional 3-sheet single sponge mattress. Lots of fruit to fill the front and back gardens, suitable for morning jogging and other events, strategic location, I came here when there was a photoshoot event with the MUA team @aprilliamua
