Cool comfortable place to stay

The place was great for enjoying sunrise and sunset! The room was quite spacious, netflix and amazon prime also available. The bathroom was quite unique!The only thing that needs to be improved is their breakfast menu, most of the food was cold and a bit bland when i was staying there.

The atmosphere of the hotel is in the natural mountains, far from noise except at night when you hear the sound of sea waves. Facilities for hotel rooms are good. Suggestions for the parking lot to be expanded and the entrance and exit for cars not to be made one-way, so you don't have to worry about leaving the hotel.

As soon as I arrived at the resort, I was amazed by the vibes, nature, and just walked to the beach.The room facilities are okay, lacking a hairdryer and the signal is a bit difficult.At night the lights went out several times and it was quite disturbing for comfort.But for prices above 1 million, the breakfast is very less varied, the chicken is a bit tough like reheated kmren chicken, the pecel vegetables are bland, there are no puddings/snacks, no scrambled eggs, and the main point is on the plate. The breakfast resort class was given plastic plates lined with greaseproof paper and calculated per person according to the room taken. So it's a bit inappropriate in my opinion.Then for the staff, from the start when I checked in I was not asked for identification, and when checking out the staff was not careful in asking/ordering items that were left behind, not even asking for the key until finally the room key was brought and charged several hours after we had already checked out and were already out of town. . Yes, as a customer I also forget to give it back, but at least the staff is more professional in asking and reminding me because I forgot to return it. Until finally I also had to bother sending the key from out of town because I was charged a fee.Hopefully in the future we can provide input. To be better and more professional like nature-themed resorts like in Bali, both for staff and resort staff. Thanks

OK... the price is cheap too

Stay 1 night in suite type. The view from the room is good directly facing the sea, but the cleanliness of the room is not good, during the stay there were rat droppings on the mattress in the upstairs room. Not friendly for small children and the elderly considering the bathroom is located downstairs and difficult to reach.

The room concept is unique. Tree House. The bathroom is also unique, toilet upstairs, shower downstairs. Actually there is no problem with the hotel, it's just that guests from other rooms are too noisy. Chatting outside the room until midnight. How annoying.

Including one that is really worth it, because you bought it at a price of 600 which doesn't have an ocean view, but you still get an ocean view, even though it's a little. Each room has a balcony, which is nice for relaxing. The room is nice and clean, the bathroom is clean, there is Netflix, a water heater, complete amenities, the breakfast doesn't have many choices, only 5 choices, but it's pretty good, the service is friendly & fast. There are no mosquitoes😁😁But there are some things you might have to pay attention to when you come here.1. Here the bathroom is on one level, above the toilet, below is the shower, it might be advisable to bring flip flops, so you don't slip, especially for older people.2. The plugs are very limited, there are only 2, and that 1 is for the TV, so if you want to boil water, the TV is unplugged first. Maybe you can bring a T plug.3. Access to the room is up and down rocks, a bit difficult for those carrying suitcases, especially if the room is downstairs. But the employees can help carry the goods themselves (not with a trolley or something else, but he holds them with his own hands too)4. Access there at night, it's very dark, especially if you have to go uphill, so it's a bit dangerous.5. If there are people chatting or there are waves you can hear it very clearly, so the room is a bit noisy.6. The bathroom is dark, there is not enough lighting.This is a truly honest review of my stay here, even though there are no photos.
