Sea Breeze Villas - Gili Air

Sea Breeze Villas was the perfect place for our stay. It's just a 5-minute walk from the beach, where snorkeling, restaurants, and live music line the coast, yet it's tucked away from the busier areas near the harbor. Our room, complete with a courtyard and pool, offered the ideal spot to unwind when we needed it. The staff and management were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thoughtful amenities throughout our stay added special touches that enhanced the overall experience. There is nowhere else we'd want to stay again when returning to Gili Air. Highly recommend!

The villa is very good and the staff is very good. They are very attentive and offer you everything you need.It is true that you can hear the mosque but I highly doubt that it is only in this town since it is broadcast throughout the island, the tone relaxes you and helps you sleep.The three guys at the reception are very friendly and funny. We had a great time!

Our three-day stay at the villa on Gili Air was nothing short of perfect. Situated just a five-minute walk from the beach, we were treated to stunning sunsets and a plethora of bars along the coastline. The villa itself was a haven of beauty, equipped with every necessity, including a thoughtful addition like a hot water dispenser.The highlight, however, was undoubtedly the pool, offering a refreshing retreat from the island heat. The outdoor showers added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the impeccable service provided by Elise. She went above and beyond to ensure that my friend's 30th birthday was memorable, demonstrating not only professionalism but also genuine care.Despite the thin walls, which allowed some noise from neighboring guests, this minor inconvenience was easily overlooked, especially with the aid of earplugs. In the end, our stay was flawless, and we couldn't have asked for a better accommodation choice on Gili Air. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience truly unforgettable.

Good for photo, not for staying. Feels no privacy and not worth the price.Pros: · The place looks good, nice for instagramable. The private pool is good and look clean enough. (although the flamingo is moldy so we didn't touch it). Breakfast is included and cones in nice and cute basket, although not many option but it's ok. Good amenities.Cons: · - first, the location is inside the island. Need to walk through the trees which gets really dark at night. (but same as everywhere on the island if you're not on the Main Street). Far walk from the pier, a walking distance to the beach. - The wifi didn't work for 1.5 of 2 days that we stayed. My partner works in crypto so internet is a must for him, so we can't enjoy the room so much since we need to go out to the cafe for his work. The owner told us it's happened all the island but seemed like other places work well. -noise from the mosque, not so loud but hard to sleep. - bamboo wall is thin so you can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors, including walk, open door, chatting, don't have to mention sexy time. So the house and private pool didn't serve our purpose well since we were afraid to make some noise =_= - The bathroom is unclean, the pipe and soap/toothpaste stain :( - Tons of mosquitos and flies both inside and outside the room. - First, we asked for late check out at noon and the owner said it was OK, then when we were sleeping, a staff KNOCK on our door at 9.28AM if we can check out at 10.00AM. because they has last minute booking. We haven't prepared things so we said 11.00AM and they ok. They didn't bring us breakfast that morning and we needed to go asked for it. And they said 12.00 is ok. They solved the problem already. But it wasn't ok for us. We was waken up early both days of our stay (first day, they tried to fix the wifi which didn't work) - No toilet hose.

Wow, a private little slice of paradise! I booked a last minute stay here after deciding to extend my time on Gili Air. The owner Elise let me view an empty room before booking, and I immediately knew I wanted to stay there. The private pool was just amazing and exactly what I needed in the Gili heat. The villas have a clever pool design, there is a shallow ledge with jets which is like a cool spa… I ended up spending a lot of time just relaxing there with a book and cold drink! The water was cool and refreshing and the pool was clean and very well maintained.The villa itself is well designed with everything you could need. Very light and airy with beautiful high ceilings, and surrounded by gorgeous greenery. I was supplied with everything from milk and coffee down to laundry liquid and toiletries.For me the location was perfect. It’s a short walk (1 road back) from the best sunset beaches on the island. It’s at the northern end but the harbour is an easy 10 minute ride.I was lucky enough to be staying in the quiet season, which meant limited neighbours - Elise was thoughtful enough to keep me informed when someone was using the rooms next to me. I can see how it might be noisy if the villas were fully booked, but having stayed elsewhere on Gili Air I believe this is likely to happen most places. The island is small and villas are made in the traditional style, so hearing neighbours and the mosque is unavoidable.I was travelling solo and got sick on my second last day, but I was comforted by being treated like family with offers of support and being asked if there was anything I needed. Absolute true Gili style, and I can’t wait to stay here when I next visit! Thank you to Elise and the Sea Breeze family.

A perfect getaway with private pool, the vibe of the place was awesome. The only disadvantage is that you hear neighbors clearly, just something to know

We spent two nights in Sea breeze villas. It was a beautiful villa with private pool. We were very warmly welcomed. Unfortunately, in the evening we discovered that our villa was full of termites. We raised this issue and were immediately given another villa. This one was good. Good service! The location was a bit less for us. The accommodation is further away from the busy area with restaurants and bars. It is located on the quieter side of the island. The beach is very close and you are also close to the sunset point.

Best room we had here. It had nice light, glass wall all the way to the roof and trees around, big tree across the street from our room (no. 2) so we only saw green when waking up. Would have been nice to have running water for cleaning the feet because it was very dusty when we were there. Noise from the other rooms were quite loud, but that is difficult to fix. We could here farts from the next room 🙈
